As for the MQ-9 Derson, what I understood is that the marine version will be acquired and it has capabilities against submarines that the current version of Alakji does not possess, despite the great capabilities of the Aknji against ships.

I hope it is fully made with its ammunition.

It will be a very strong formation at a lower operating cost than fighters and without the risk of losing pilots.

Japan, Britain and Italy open to Saudi Arabia's accession to the next generation combat program..

Informed sources said that Japan, Britain and Italy are implicitly compatible with the possibility of allowing Saudi Arabia to join its joint program to develop the next generation fighter - but this will not be achieved until after the project, which is worth several billion dollars, may be presented in a significant way, and after the partners can address all the outstanding points, including concerns related to technology sharing.

This means that Riyadh, and any other potential partners in the future, will not likely be able to join the global air fighting program, except after the signing of the international government organization supervising it, and the joint entity "Egypt" for its fighter manufacturing is the first international contract between them, which is expected by the end of this year, according to what Japan Times mentioned.

The International Governmental Organization for the Fighter Program, which opened its headquarters on Monday in the English city of Reding, was established last year at the initiative of the three governments, to take over the project, while the joint industrial entity EGONG - which includes the British company "BAE Systems", the Italian company "Leonardo", and the company " Japan Aircraft Industrial Enhancement Co. Ltd." (JAIEC)" - was launched last month and will take responsibility for designing and developing The fighter.

The agreements signed by Eng. Mohammed bin Saud Al -Hudayb, Executive Vice President of Earth Systems of SAMI, aim to localize the land systems industry in the Kingdom, by transferring technology and manufacturing to a number of advanced defensive products.

The first agreement with the Turkish company Nurol Makina includes the manufacture of military vehicles inside the Kingdom. While the second agreement with FNSS includes the transfer of armored combat vehicle technology and weapons towers. As for the third agreement, it was signed with Aslsan and aims to localize the manufacture of combat constellations in the Kingdom.

Manufacturing and technology transport operations will be carried out through the "Sami Industrial Systems" complex, which is expected to be operated in the fourth quarter of this year, according to the highest international standards. The complex will be a national center for excellence in the production of four -wheelchair armored vehicles, in addition to manufacturing armed constellations using artificial intelligence techniques, the Internet of Things and robots, to achieve advanced uninhabited manufacturing processes managed by smart systems.

This trend is an extension of the SAMI ground systems sector strategy, aimed at supporting the resettlement of defense industries by developing advanced national capabilities and providing high -quality products, which meets the needs of beneficiaries in the various stages of the product life cycle.
