Makkah Defence Alliance: Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan, news & updates

Brilliant post

And much of this really thanks to Indian mental software gaps

For the last 20 years they were belle of the ball.

Rather than lock down a real strategic vision they became frightened of their own shadow and pursued multi non alignment, which is equivalent to multi alignment

They had one constant - Pakistan Pakistan must isolate

Now India withered middle aged and the world has moved on

The energy of disappointment to India is in good part converted into reversing the strategic altruism

The world sees the Pakistani obsession as over indulgence and illogical

Then operation Cindy happened
No pain no gain... for Pakistan it was a painful journey of 3 decades that ended in a high note ...only if we could replicate our geopolitical foresight into geo economic and internal political affairs! ...

Iron sharpens iron.

Not only facing off to India, a country much bigger yet obsessed pak has from Inception has been dragged into Great power games.

It has come to the point India needs to use water as a weapon.

The Alliance is Not Against India, But it Fortifies Pakistan's Defence Capabilities ||PRAVIN SAWHNEY

After listening this video - this guy is really gooood analyst.

He gives clear explanations, ie. why, where, how, and what happened with accurate details.

No off-topic stuff or bullshitting.

Pakistan should normalize its relations with India and bury the hatchet of enmity. We should not allow India to be used by Israel and USA. We have no cause for enmity with them. Together the Hindus and the Muslims lived for more than a thousand years amicably. Only the British with their divide and rule policy created enmity between the two peoples. Urdu-Hindi Controversy was created by the British through their agents. The controversy was not even about the spoken language, it was about how it was written; in Persian script or Devnagri. Even today we can easily understand hindi films and even speeches by BJP politicians despite the adoption of new words. Many Hindu rajas fought on the side of Muslim Rulers like Akbar and Sher Shah. The two peoples jointly struggled for liberation from the British. Bacha Khan had family relations with Gandhi and the Nehru family and Indira Gandhi studied in Shanti Nekatan School of Rabindra Nath Tagore together with Wali Khan and Ghani Khan. Nawaz Sharif has very good terms with Indian Politicians. If we send Nawaz and Shehbaz along with Aimal Wali Khan to India to meet with BJP and Congress leaders then peace can be quickly achieved. The two armies share the same history, same traditions, same culture and same professionalism. One retired major got into serious trouble some years back after writing to the top military authorities that the troops on the Punjab border had whiskey bouts along with their Indian counterparts LOL.

As Pakistan has now entered the Makkah Defence Pact, it should turn its eyes and focus from the East to the West, North and Middle East and quickly forge new Defence Agreements with Muslim Countries, particularly members of the ECO so that it can become a regional mini Super Power.

Secondly, it should create an Economic Union like the European Union with its new partners so as to lift the region out of poverty and also to share advances in different fields with each other.

If Pakistan removes the constant friction with India then it can concentrate on its economic growth.

Speed is of essence in creating the new pacts with brotherly Muslim countries because the enemies of Islam are already planning to test and dismantle this military pact. Finally, if Pakistan becomes a bigger power, then India would automatically try to have peace with us.

I disagree with your notion that "Hindus and Muslims lived peacefully" though. For most of history, every single community in South Asia virtually lived as independent nations alongside one another. Caste Hindus went out of their way to exclude and segregate themselves. A unified nation where caste Hindus, Muslims, lower-castes, untouchables, etc lived as equal free citizens united under one flag is an unprecedented thing in history, and the UC Hindu attempt at achieving this with India has already failed.

But any Pakistani who thinks Pakistan can survive as an independent nation constantly fighting to preserve its Eastern and Western borders is delusional. It's unsustainable. Hostility with India and Afghanistan mainly punishes the Pakistani people.

Pakistani policy makers really didn't take advantage of the US invasion of Afghanistan in an effective way. Both in dictating the formation of the Afghan govt(using the Pakistani supply line as leverage), as well as not forcing a settlement on the durand line and using American funds to completely seal the western border to make crossing impossible, outside of designated and regulated border crossings.

The Eastern front is far more complicated by the fact that India is a nuclear power. So not sure what the solution there is, but the Pakistanis messed up post partition in not annexing Kashmir in a more direct fashion, the same way India annexed Goa, Hydrabad and Junagadh. If the Kashmir matter was settled decisively, there would not be an issue today.

Forcing a settlement on the Durand Line would be about as effective as the Simla Agreement which India was able to impose on Pakistan after the 1971 war. The Afghan Pashtun people will never stop pursuing an end to the Durand Line b/c it is an artificial border imposed upon the Pashtun locals of the region by a colonial power. The psychological impact of such a thing alone will mean it will never be forgotten. Pakistan has yet to accept Indian occupation of Kashmir despite the fact that India has surpassed Pakistan militarily and economically by now, so it's just not realistic for Pakistanis to expect Afghan Pashtuns will surrender their claim over what they believe is territory taken away from them by imperialism.

So you want to dissolve the Pakistani state or something?

you are incoherent. In one instance you say,

"But any Pakistani who thinks Pakistan can survive as an independent nation constantly fighting to preserve its Eastern and Western borders is delusional. It's unsustainable. "

But in the next breathe you say.

"The Afghan Pashtun people will never stop pursuing an end to the Durand Line b/c it is an artificial border imposed upon the Pashtun locals of the region by a colonial power."

you are saying that a constant struggle is unsustainable, then you say they will never accept it, i.e. fight you till eternity, and that fighting is unsustainable. So in essence you are saying that Pakistan will collapse or that it should collapse so as to end the conflict.
