The Saudi clan fight with Yemen has very drawn out history... and back then they employed themselves as a proxy of Brits to undo Yemen while the empire aimed to colonize all of Yemen.

Egyptians made their attempt and subsequently Saudis did it again on behalf of the empire... along with Emirates. Using Yemenis and African mercenaries to turn the tide. Nothing has worked in fact it seems the tide has turned. So, now they want to employ larger more professional militaries less apprehensive about loss of their lives, should they make it their own war. A ground work is being laid...a casus belli being manufactured... ruckus generated... and all the pantomime... choreographing attacks to rile up masses. For all the bad blood between them... drill it in the surrogates. A war fought by proxy of a proxy... when Hillary backed regime change in Yemen and Saudis started pounding Yemen to submit... US did everything by air... while locals and mercenaries launched the ground ops. Now they want to off shore that project to Pakistan and Turkiye.

It would be wise for Pakistan to draw the line... on Saudi territorial integrity and nothing else... with no aggression on Yemen... Houthis on their end have narrowed it down to the proxies... assuming US genuinely doesn't want to harm them or their cause for independence... while Saudis are in fact running their proxy to this day... the collapse of Saudi backed government and Somaliland are direct losses for zion for which they have spent decades and poured resources. If you go back in history, no one has clean record. I am not sure if this form will allow me to share some ayatollah khomeini sick perverted statements here. The very reason why many Iranians are leaving Islam because of this twisted version introduced by mullah regime. Wait until you start to live your life under their rule and you will beg to move out.
Neither Saudia has clean record. But the point is, dont make IRGC your new baap. We as Pakistan need to balance our relations with the two nations based on national interest. At the end of the day Pakistan benefits more from Saudia then it does from Iran.

Does Pakistan have any "spare military" capacity to give to Saudi? The Armed Forces of Pakistan have barely enough to fight a war for 2-3 weeks against India, so to suggest they have "spare fighter jets" sitting around to use in Saudi makes little sense. Maybe PA Soldiers given that they are not that relevant to a India-Pakistan war in the future, but the air force and navy are critical against India.

The one squadron of JF17's in Saudi, will be stretching the capacity of the PAF given how large a problem the IAF poses with its much larger fleet. The AEW&C fleet is sized solely for Pakistan as of now, and any diversion to Saudi will open up capability gaps for Pakistan, same applies to the PAF.

Where is this "spare" military capability coming from that it can somehow magically devote to Saudi ???
