Makkah Joint Defense Agreement: Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan, news & updates

Well actually, if we go with the statement of Indian generals, the Turks were present in Pakistan during operation Sindoor and were flying those Turkish drones over Indian airspace… similarly the Chinese were also present to provide support for fighter jets operated by Pakistan.

So yes, Turks will always be useful for Pakistan in case of war against India

And - the Israeli's were also in India, operating drones against Pakistan and actively attacking Pakistan from India.

If India attacks Pakistan, I can see Turkey helping.....but what is Saudi going to do apart from belly dance and condemn? Or perhaps roll over the loan facility another year. Saudis can't fight for sh1t, so it's a bad deal for Pakistan unless we start getting Billions in defence investment and heavily discounted oil.

I think they will do more than dance this time, we have seen how much PAF and Saudi Airforce have been exercising together in the last few years.

This treaty has been years in the making, and alot of ground work has already been done on this front before the final signature.

I'm all for this alliance if they work against Israel. But the fact of the matter is that only Iran/Yemen and the rest of the resistance has had the guts to confront the Zionists head on. Whilst the fake sultan still supplies Azeri oil to Israel, Saudis were belly dancing to Shakira during the genocide and Pakistan played a diplomatic role. Iran has every right to attack the Arabs if they're allowing the Zionist to use their land as a launch pad. Pakistan would be wise not to intervene if Iran attacks the Arabs again. It's just not our war when the Arabs continue to host Zionists in their land.....

It is utter paranoia and nothing else...
The Saudi-Pakistan pact was in essence a hedge and a path away from American ecosystem. The weapons that Pakistan had sourced and integrated in house and from China. The only MIC outside of major powers that goes upto strategic weapons.

Having Turkiye plugs the gaps and further muscle. Iran knows what Pakistan did and where Pakistan stood/stands... it has been fairly candid. In fact, if it wasn't for India showing it's true face right before it was about to go down... Iran would have assumed Pakistan as an enemy. In fact, it turned out quite the opposite... Pakistan had Iran's back... and India stood exposed... waiting for the shah to land and anoint the new union between India and Iran...
Iran was never going to be in the league with zion... the prophecy LARPers wanted Persia to burn in ashes... they feel the time is now or they would have wished to have the baby shah settle on the throne for a bit...

Every hand will get played and expose where they stand... in time.

The way I see it is,

Saudis and Turks were not very close and have engaged in war of arguments…

But Saudis and Turks have immense respect for Pakistan. I was there in Turkey at the time of 4 day war of Pakistan and India. The level of respect they showed for Pakistanis was unparalleled.

I love both countries so much that I travelled to Turkey and Saudi Arabia for 14 times in the last couple of years. I have travelled to different parts of Turkey for 6 times in the last 3 years alone and I feel so much like home.

So this pact for me is beyond just defence agreement as we share happiness and grief

Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif on Israel:

When it comes to Israel, all Muslim countries should come together. There is absolutely no ambiguity in my mind about that.

Given Israel’s current conduct, as well as the historical evidence of what it has been doing—at one stage, in 1948 or 1947, what I consider an illegitimate state came into being; it was, I believe, a product of the Balfour Declaration.

During that period as well, fighting continued and the Palestinians continued to resist. So, in my view, this is at the very least a situation that the entire Islamic world will have to come together and confront.

In my view, there is no room for disagreement on this. And until the issue of the Palestinian people is resolved according to their aspirations—until there is a permanent solution—the issue will remain.

Well said and we need more of this

Pakistan has never ever interfered in Muslim vs Muslim affairs and never should

And if one day Pakistan decided to go for it against India and Israel to for that matter

The Turks better back us just like we backed them during war of independence

I mean total war now full commitment please put it on the line

If India and Pakistan have another military 'skirmish', do Pakistanis now expect that Saudi Arabia, which has extensive trade relations with India, will openly and militarily support Pakistan against India?

It is not clear who this alliance is aimed at countering. It certainly isn't Israel, since 3 years of genocide against Sunni Muslims in Gaza did not result in this alliance.

Oh interesting, I remember there were 4 foreign ministers discussion few months ago like this picture.

WHERE IS EGYPT COWARD? They can't be trusted along with Moroccoo

The omission of Egypt is interesting, but we have seen the chatter in the past of Egypt wanting to be in the "lead" in various military constructs in the middle east for the GCC, all of which never went anywhere. So is the issue here of wanting to be a lead partner versus joining as an "equal" ? Is the root cause a "El-Sisi" ego problem ?

We will have to improve our literacy rates and per capita income for better social integration with Turkey and Saudi Arabia...

Crying Team

Iran
Israel
India
Greece

So it seems these countries have malicious intentions towards Pakistan, Turkiye, and Saudi Arabia.

This is just a defense agreement... we are not going to attack anyone.
From Pakistan's perspective, Iran and Greece didn't have malicious intentions towards Pakistan, at least before this pact was signed. This pact is just going to add to countries that see us hostile, especially Iran, with which we share a very long border.

Will soldiers from Turkiye and Saudi Arabia come to shed blood with our soldiers who keep getting martyred in KP and Balochistan where the insurgencies would be further inflamed by the faultlines this agreement will deepen.

When the time is right, the iranians will spit in your face. Turkiye helped them many times over the years, they've always ended up spiting Turkiye until they needed Turkiye again.

They have an attitude where they could be killing you today but then tomorrow act like their your best friend only for the following day to go back to killing you.

Just pay attention to the bitterness so many iranians have displayed over this defence pact. Pakistan is helping them diplomatically, Turkiye thwarted the kurds being used against Iran. But their never truly grateful.

When this ugly looking clown was taken out by a US airstrike in Iraq, the iranian response was to send missiles into Pakistan and missiles into Turkish controlled idlib. Honestly their clowns.

Even when the isrealis starting bombing the shit out of iran, the iranians sent a few missiles into Turkiye as a "threat" while claiming it wasnt them. Always hiding behind plausible deniability. They have no sense of honour.

95% of the people iran has murdered in the region has been Muslim.

Don't be a coy roy, it's intended for both spoilers of middle east e,g Iran and Israel.

I've met several Egyptians before - they have a huge EGO problems along with Moroccoo.

It is mainly a defensive agreement so if nobody attacks, it will be a useless pact. But in case of aggression from third country, it only guarantees the security of Pakistan, Saudi and Turkey… not Gaza or Turkmenistan.

What matters to me that what happens next… if these nations will increase collaboration in Defense industry and make new weapons with shared knowledge and technology or it will remain a piece of paper which may or may not be useful

Throw some rose water on your crap to make it tolerable.

Watandar you have more love for İsrael and Iran than Turkiye and Pakistan

what about you ? you loves criminal murderers which killed muslims in GAZA and Syria with American and Russian helping

He belongs to a specific delusional group whose main aim is to lift the balls of a very specific person locked up in jail. This group is very active on this forum. Just like we have brain-washed Taliban suicide bombers who kill innocent people, this group consists of Social Media suicide bombers who try to blow up every positive news about Pakistan just cause it fits their narrative or their are being funded by foreign entities to do this.
