Mohmand Dam Hydropower Project ..... 800 MW

Construction work is in full swing on all Workfront's including the main dam, spillways, power house and irrigation system of the Mohmand Dam Hydropower Project.

The projected electricity generation is expected in December 2027 upon completion of the main dam. The Mohmand Dam has a total water storage capacity of 1.2 million acres and a power generation capacity of 800 MW.

On April 28, the Mohmand Hydropower Project marked the World Day for Safety and Health at Work with a dedicated safety training event.

Chinese and Pakistani employees, along with project representatives, participated to Enhancing safety awareness on-site.

Through briefings and collective commitments, the principle of “Safety First, Prevention-Oriented, and All-Staff Responsibility” was reinforced.

The project remains committed to protecting every worker and ensuring safe, steady progress.
