I haven't looked into day to day expenses in Huwaii islands, like food/gas and other attractions, another reason is bad flight hours and layovers. But i will keep an eye on deals that pop up where flight price drop significantly.

I wish I could help you but I stayed on the Big Island for most of my trip and it was in some camp for my kids and they gave the parents lodging there too. I only paid for hotels when we flew over to Oahu for two days. I rented a car on BOTH islands (which is a requirement) but I don't remember the prices.

Most of Waikiki Beach is gone...the ocean has reclaimed much it..the city has to occasionally dredge and dump sand to rebuild the beach areas.

I splurged one night with an ocean view in the Outrigger (the one with Duke's)..which i think you should do since Waikiki Beach is one of the most famous beaches in the world and a bucket list item for many people...so just spend the money and do it.

The funny thing is since Niagara is near the most southern part of Canada it is a desirable place to live while Niagara being on the more northern side of the US is considered some of the worst places to live.

You come to the UK bro, I'll take you to the best food spots.

TBF the UK is beautiful, but the USA has the huge scale, the variety of the geography and urban America is definitely nicer than Urban UK (on average).

I assume the best place for desi food will be in and around London?

Yeah US is huge bro, i love road trips but when you think about going on a 2200 miles Road trip (1 way) and then add stupid high gas price, hotels, and other stuff the cost goes pretty high. Flying is cheaper when it comes to domestic travel. US have everything, from Dry Desert to lush forests, from beaches to big/deep lakes, Gorges to high mountains, no matter what is your taste when it comes to scenery you can find something within US.

I think Mancunians and Brummies will argue the toss on that, but London does pretty well, especially places like Tayubs and Needo Grill in East London, Aladdins Kebabish in Hendon and they even have a Butt Karahi in Southall

Alhamdulillah, the competition is intense. I live in a small midlands city and people have travelled from London to try the karahi at some of the places here. Up and down the UK you can find excellent Pakistani food in even the most unassuming places.

I couldn't find decent Biryani in Tampa, unless you find some Pakistani family selling it from fb market place, i did one time order from a desi aunty but she lived 40 mins away, price was good, and taste was very good. I paid 25$ for a decent size which was good for 4 people, it took me 4 days of eating Biryani to finish it lol

I've tried almost every place that has halal restaurant that sells biryani, only 1-2 have decent taste rest are all trash, Orlando has better restaurants. Best Biryani i have had so far was near Atlanta, where my cousin lives. Here in Tampa, mostly are MErn or Indian restaurants.

hope u find a better job elsewhere and can eventually move! even if just for the food, or you can become a chef at home and learn to cook great foods

Well i do like Tampa, i would not live in Orlando, traffic is horrible there due to Disney. But you can pray to Allah to grant me a good wife (blush) and also I have become somewhat of a chef myself but i still suck at Biryani.
