You know what is funny? The moment serious discussion started on provinces, the laddu Achakzai have not said a word on south pakhtunwa being part of KPK. LOL

So its clear Balochistan pashtuns don't want to be part of KPK. And people who don't even want to be part of KPK claim that they want to be part of Afghanistan? ALL BS

Balochistani pashtuns nationalists are just blackmailers. And this have exposed them.

Balochistani pashtuns know they are better off in Balochistan bcz economically they dominate every business there. Baloch are more in to terrorism and in self suicidal mode. By merging with KPK they will loss that economic leverage and resources of Balochistan.

How come is hazara now part of punjab on what ligusitic basis

Should now Peshawar be part of punjab because of their hinduko heritage (even though most of them are pushtoons and huge sizeable population/majority of pushto speakers exist in large areas in district Haripur and battagram)

On linguistic and racial basis all these areas of punjab in that map are its true historic lands. Pashtun colonists have only became majority in Peshawar post 1947, let alone in 1800 or before that.

what do you have to say about hypocrite Achakzai who can't stop threatening Baloch that they want to merge with KPK. Now he is backtracking on this LOL. Now expect baloch politicians to not take these threats seriously anymore going forward.

Same assumption in the machinery: one common Governor General and the Raj's assets held undivided until the seceding areas set up their own centre....That only works if one dominion continues and the other leaves

Jinnah saw the framing exactly and fought it. He refused the joint Governor General precisely because it cast Pakistan as seceding from a continuing India rather than two equal new states dividing.... His resistance is the proof the assumption was there... You do not fight a framing that does not exist...

15 Aug 1947, Pakistan cables the UN asking that both dominions be treated as automatic members.
21 Aug 1947, Security Council refers it, Resolution 29.
30 Sep 1947, General Assembly admits Pakistan as a new member, Resolution 108.

Every date belongs to Pakistan's admission... India has none, no application, no admission, because India was already in the seat and never had to ask.... The continuity itself was settled before 15 August, on the UN Legal Counsel's opinion that India carried on as the existing member and any territory breaking away applied fresh, the same principle the International Law Commission later treated as standard...... Produce the date India applied for UN membership. You cannot. That blank is your answer.

The name, since you raised it...... Jinnah objected to the other dominion calling itself India, he wanted Hindustan, precisely because the name carried continuity with British India.... He lost, India kept it. You handed me my own case.

So, drafting justified with a citation, dates given with resolution numbers, name turned against you.

No one here is denying that India was created out of thin air based on an artificial imposed identity of the 'Indian'. Apart from this artificial identity which literally translates as not-PakistanI, there's nothing nation about India.

But this newly created artificial state of India inherited all legal and political baggage of British India. It is infrastructurally same as British India, a colonial entity.

India did not inherit anything, it was "Given" when it was created.
Without the context and nuance, a discussion is nothing but idiocy, and most Pakistanis wouldn't know the meaning of "context" and certainly not "nuance". Again, not referring to you.
They parrot simple facts and for them that's history. All the better if they can find a self loathing randi rona aspect of any topic.

What it inherited is the result of bad faith negotiations on the part of the British, and certainly the Congress party. Since that would divert the discussion, i might touch upon it another time.
