National Guard shooting 'act of evil,' Trump says; suspect ID'd as Afghan national

General rules are, if you can't pass an NCIC check, you can't own. It depends on many factors. You either have/had a felony conviction against you or misdemeanor drug or weapon charges, or you are mentally unstable, or you are an alien. You don't need a license in the US unless you are going after Title 2 Firearms; you can just go to a gun store, gun show, or even auction and buy them if you can pass a NCIC check.

What I will say is, if you want to know more and get into real training, contact your local gun range, and they most likely will be very happy to help you. They will tell you a lot more and be more interactive with you.
So I have this friend who was in the Army, he did 2 Afghanistan troop and was a Sergeant. He saw some heavy combat in Afghanistan, and talk about how terrible Afghan forces are, he said he can help as he owns some gun (pistol) he was looking to buy a shotgun for home protection he said.
I was thinking about a shooters World range in Tampa, I saw their website and they have very good rules, they also have training classes for very basic stuff. You can even rent guns or ammo if you dont have it. Its just due to lack of my interest in guns I just keep delaying it, but every now and then you hear about such incidents and then to you realize that one has to be trained for home-breakin's, druggies and other who try to steal stuff, certain neighborhoods in Tampa have high crime rate.

Well, obtaining an exit visa at 25, securing a settlement (Green Card) in under 4 years, and the rumor that he was with Zero Unit and working for the CIA - you won't know people like this.

He was fast-tracked with his visa and settlement status, which suggests that this individual is not someone we know on the surface. First of all, you won't get this done this quickly unless some big honcho with a big hammer on top, hammering out things for him, I know the terp I worked with having this done in 10 years, and he started in 2007, there are no way he could have gotten this ahead in the pipeline unless he is someone "important" which means the CIA angle make sense.

Now, whether or not this is some double agent or a play by the CIA or he just seen too much shit and snapped, I have no idea, and frankly, dipping my (or your) toes into this pond is plainly not healthy.
I'm still curious about the information dump. Why? It's almost as if they can't release information fast enough about this individual.

Oh, my bad , should I apologize that you threatened reports to atf for a legal rule you misunderstood?

Guns are a right around this country, unlike a driver license privilege,
I will allow you some leeway but do not presume you know more than me when it comes to firearms laws. You know nothing about me, my background nor the areas that I play.

As I said, it is more complicated than that. You only posted a small part.

Aren't they the ones who were very anti-deportation?

This is about the Regimental culture versus a Mercenary Culture. In the PA ethos, the regiment is there for the shaheeds and the Ghazis, it is the family. The poor Aghani guy was brought to the US with no support system, education or understanding of the culture and was left on his own.

I even knew one Pak Army officer who got compromised during the Balkan conflict. He ended up in the US, because they offered him a green card, he had a heart problem but no health care. He ran a grocery store in North Carolina. Died a miserable death.

If it's the same Shooter's World that is in Phoenix, I can vouch for their training programs. They retain instructors who know what they are doing. But, a word of caution, some instructors do leave a bit to be desired. I've been around quite a few including one I personally would not allow to handle a BB gun.

Not surprisingly, Democrats are trying to blame this tragedy on President Trump. Latest rant is by Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, which I find hilarious because her office was penetrated by none other than Pakistan's very own ISI.

No there is one in Tampa, close to my new Apartment & work place, I drive by it everyday. And I agree that training program can't be 100%, that is why I didn't go there alone, i am waiting on my friend he just came back from his wedding in Columbia, as a former Sergeant he will be the best person to get basic training of how to handle a gun, bro fought Taliban using all sorts of weapons, his personal fav is that grenade launchers mounted on humvees, he said they are oddly satisfying to fire lol

I think it's best not to do anything about getting a gun, at least for now, because the Trump admin will use this incident to tighten the grip on Green Card residents even more, and you unfortunately fit a profile for someone they are targeting. Frankly speaking, your green card is not "safe" if you ask me, doing gun stuff at this juncture will probably harm you more than doing you any good.

But when this die down a bit, you can go talk to your local gun range and have all the info you need, pretty sure they will be more than gladly to help you out.

Have you ever tried FOIA anything? It takes them ages to vet your request, and then those DOJ lawyers will then be dragging their feet and have you wait while they eat their hot dog. It's a painful and long process; the only reason the government releases that much information that quickly is that they want you to know.

Which means there are only 2 reasons, either they suddenly found that it's wrong to drag out on information, or they are trying to burn him, and I will let you decide which one......

yeah I understand, like I said my interest in getting a gun is merely interest level, i have no threat here as where I live i see a lot of police and its a nice/safe neighborhood, also I would rather spend money on something else than buying a gun which can be expensive. And yes I agree with this administration no one is safe, not even ones with Greencard or even naturalized citizens which I planned on applying next month or maybe in Jan.

This guy killed people... the wrong people, no doubt.... in Afghanistan. He grew to like it. He missed it so bad, he just did it again.

And "brought to the US" sounds like he was forced to come. No... he butt-wormed himself onto a plane using his hind legs quite deliberately.

And I don't understand the need of a "support structure" in an English speaking country. I really don't.

Died a miserable death.
Usually happens to compromised people. But he didn't start shooting people, did he?

Carve a derringer out of a potato. Drop iodine all over it to make it black-blue. Put it in your pocket and act cool.

Republicun-ts should not cry, they allowed the Afghan man to have a gun (2nd sh*t-mendment or something you guys call it). They used the Afghan man to murder innocent people in Afghanistan. It's probably PTSS that caused these killings. The PTSS was caused by US foreign policy.

looks like the CIA, DHS and FBI and ICE have a lot of work to do, all of a sudden.
Reason: National Security

Time to round up all those afghans and their partners the indian RAW perhaps? These days the 2 seem quite friendly and assisting each other.......

DEPORT em quick
