If a roof is done right, 25-30 years for shingles is possible.

Our new house will be flat concrete tile. The tiles have a 50 year warranty. The underlayment is 25 or 30 years. Need to check that again.

Our roofing done last year. So no need to replace in my life time.

This whole charade with Lindsay Clancy just irritates me to no end. Some of these female jurors are trying to extend their 15 minutes of dubious fame:

How in the hell do you justify a conversation regarding womens' mental health when it was never presented in court that she had been diagnosed as having post-partum depression by a qualified professional.

They claim there were holes in the prosecution's case. These are also the same people who claim men pretending to be women really are women.

It was proven she was self-medicating herself. She also admitted she killed her kids. The evidence presented was clear to me: she planned this and worked to ensure her husband was away from the home while she committed the acts and then the next morning saying she wanted a lawyer.

This isn't a discussion of women's mental health. That same argument was tried by Susan Smith. She's still in prison for killing her 2 kids. This is a discussion of a miscarriage of justice for 3 kids.

Michael P. Desronvil, the lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial, said he didn’t have “any doubts” during the combative, dayslong deliberations that ended in a mistrial earlier this month, according to a statement from his lawyer.

“Based on all the physical evidence, key witnesses, and what the prosecution presented, I thought it was enough proof that she (Clancy) knew exactly what she was doing and planned,” he said.
