Old Man's Corners

Cooler weather is finally here. Temps now in the mid-50s early in the morning. Downside is with all the rain we've had, the mosquitoes have been particularly bad. We don't have any standing water but there are a few places in the neighborhood where there is.

I've been busy spraying ant mounds. Have close to a dozen popping up around the front yard. Also resprayed the DMZ along the front of the house to keep the bugs away.

It rained this afternoon. Fairly steady for a few hours. Told Mrs. AZ that Ashley the weather babe needed to update her computer models. Nothing was showing for rain in our area. At least the models shown by Erica the weather babe yesterday showed the possibility of rain for today.

And with that rain, the temperatures dropped off big time. Will get down into the mid-50s and rain is in the forecast again for around 0200 in the morning and again late tomorrow afternoon.

After walking down Main Street, the four of us will relax in the backyard of the law office in town.
