Just someone who makes do with what he has.
Every winter hear of coworkers and others taking out loans for heating and water bills over winter. Their first thought is to run to the nearest non profit, government or church to bail them out when a little foresight will save hundreds.

My respects to those who brave the winters in cold regions of America without a good heating system. Even here in the South, winter is arriving albeit about a week late. We will use the central heating into April.
