Peshawar's well-known Kabuli Gate (Edwardes Gate), most likely dated 1910 (c).

A center of various cultures and artifacts from Afghanistan and India, the gate was one of 16 in the walled city of Peshawar and the entrance to the Qissa Khwani Bazar.

The entrance was called the Edwardes entrance during the British occupation, in honor of Herbert Edwardes, the second Commissioner of Peshawar.
