I can understand it is difficult to deal with Western companies (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) regarding this, but even on TikTok (a Chinese company that maintains an office in Pakistan and follows PTA instructions to block content to a fault, btw), there is such content with millions of views and tens of thousands of likes.There exist off-the-shelf AI solutions available to flag such content, but alas, the state has neither the willpower nor the intent to even begin to resolve this.
