Open war

A political solution is there before bombs start falling, but Pak GHQ does not have that level of depth.
To start with, GHQ should be 100% transparent what is the political end goal.
Afg is not a case things should be kept secret.

Two hidden objectives.
A Maduru style action
And Wakhan even if Pak has to buy them out in $10 billion
Not joking.
1. Mr. Supreme Leader Haibat Ullah along with as much should be picked up.
Bring back Ahmad Masood and like under a broad based umbrella.

Afghan women and girls will be thankful. These neolithic age cartoons gonna bury women.

2. Wakhan corridor should be annexed.
Timing is key and there is opportunity.

Ahmad Masood???Northern Alliance????

Really Brother What Are You Smoking????

I strongly disagree with this perspective. The argument that certain groups are "unbeatable" because they value neither their lives nor their property is a romanticized myth that fails to stand up to historical evidence.

We have heard this exact rhetoric before. In 2009, the Malakand division was handed over to Sufi Muhammad under the guise of a peace deal to implement his version of Sharia. Instead of peace, the Taliban used that breathing space to advance toward Buner and eventually Islamabad. At that time, many "sane voices" were warned that a military operation would doom Pakistan because these fighters "do not fear death."

However, when the state finally exercised its will, the reality was the opposite: these groups fled for their lives and hid in Afghanistan. Peace was restored to Swat not through appeasement, but through the decisive application of state power.

To claim that because someone only knows "goats and guns" they cannot be defeated is a strategic error. A modern, organized state and professional military possess resources, technology, and logistical depth that no guerrilla group can sustain in a conventional or high-intensity conflict. Being "stubborn as a mule" is not a defense against a targeted military response; it is a liability that leads to total displacement.

You mention that these groups do not value their own lives or their sheep. More importantly, they do not value the lives, property, or sovereignty of Pakistanis. When a group shows a total lack of "rationality" (Jahalah) and refuses to respect national borders or civilian safety, negotiation is no longer a viable option. Appeasing them only invites more terrorism and encourages them to impose their extremist system on our population.

While you focus on "Washington's masters" and "Swiss accounts," you ignore the immediate threat at our doorstep. For Pakistan, this isn't a "foreign front" being opened for others; it is a fight for our own survival. If we do not respond to terrorism coming from Afghan soil, we allow a vacuum where extremism will eventually swallow the entire country
The "goat and gun" narrative is a tired trope used to paralyze the state into inaction. History proves that when the state stops making deals with terrorists and starts protecting its citizens, these "unbeatable" forces collapse. We aren't fighting for a foreign power; we are fighting to ensure that Pakistan does not become a lawless extension of a failed ideological experiment.
Your disagreement is respected but doesn't refute the historical facts. You are looking at Afghanistan singularly and not holistically in the regional sphere. Look at the broader picture of regional facts and adversaries together with Pakistan's internal democratic turmoil. Politicians will happily sacrifice the soldiers to weaken the army , the soldiers will happily martyr themselves for politicians and for what and whose purpose? For political expediency or national sovereignty? And the biggest question is WHY NOW? Muslims world is under great threat being attacked from all directions and are now infighting in record number of wars. They are falling for colonial traps by fools who have no qualifications to lead nations. Follow like sheep and you will end up in the abattoir.

Grand Stupidity was shown by Pak GHQ who fed these neolithic cartoons and fooled Pakistanis for decades.

Now GHQ is doing same what after eating thousand onions that an average politician would had done decades earlier to support liberal Afghans without that much bloodshed.
Why are you blaming GCHQ?

Nothing wrong in Pakistan's policy, except that you lack the military strength to subdue Afghanistan
Why subdue them? Pakistan just wanted Afghan Taliban stop sheltering terrorists and stop sending them to Pakistan for terrorist attacks. They kept bleeding Pakistan by killing scores of Pakistanis, even those who were busy praying in mosques. And then they attacked Pakistan last night. They must pay for their continued aggression against Pakistan.

Now that terrorist Taliban have brought things to this level, Pakistan must complete the job and do the following.
1. Eliminate the whole leadership of Taliban (both terrorist TTA and TTP warlords).
2. Those in their leadership who somehow survive must be forced to run to mountain caves.
3. Completely destroy all Afghanistan's airports. Evil states (of India and Israel) must be stopped from sending weapons to the terrorists in Afghanistan.
4. All military infrastructure of these terrorist Taliban must be completely destroyed.

The remaining job of finding these Talibani terrorists and killing them will be done by the people of Afghanistan.

EDITORIAL: Considering the relentless wave of terrorist attacks Pakistan has been facing over the past few weeks, the administration has done the right thing by bringing all stakeholders on board in order to formulate a comprehensive response.

Moreover, keeping in mind the growing footprint of IS-K locally, it is all the more necessary to neutralise this terrorist group before it can cause further havoc.

And A Few Air STrikes Will Stop Them????
Taliban by coming out of the closet have become soft. Since they are in government now, its easier to negotiate with them with a stick compared to when they were hiding in caves and burkas.

This is not due to Pakistan, but due to Taliban backed terrorism, which they always did in Pakistan as they want to impose their own Afghani Sharia in Pakistan too.
And why now?
Because Taliban are jahils and unable to understand the world situation. Pakistan has nothing to do with it. We left Taliban on their own and never wanted to interfere in their internal affairs.

Well take GHQ as misnomer for whoever runs the show, the Great Band Master.
You can't blame GCHQ they have served their country well and successfully accomplished the tasks set out to them. Pakistan army is formidable and the nation is safe for now thanks to their dedication and sacrifice. The PA is the only institution that has got 10/10.

Afghanistan is just a distraction in the game. Look at all the pieces both internal and external and think ahead and you will see the master plan.

The Soviets couldn't do it , the Yankees couldn't do it , the Afghans couldn't do it to themselves , but the great country of Pakistan will do it. You are talking about eliminating people who only know about goats and guns and have been fighting for countless generations and the only thing they have to lose is their goat or their life, neither of which have any value to them.

Pakistan is making a great mistake opening another front for their masters in Washington and sadly the people will pay a great price later on. Corrupts have nothing to lose to divert the attention of the masses by inflicting war on them while the coffers get robbed to Swiss accounts. When it comes to crunch they will take flights abroad to their golden nests built abroad for when Pakistan gets hit hard by war. If you think the Pakistani people have had a rough ride so far , you shouldn't be surprised as they head to a storm. Pakistan's best option is to divide the Afghans using all the resources at their disposal. Afghans are stubborn as mules and only carrots work for them.
The Soviets couldn't do it; they had an armada of resistance against them including other Super Powers!

The Yankees couldn’t do it, they literally carpet bombed the country back to stone age.....what else did you want them to do other than to ethnically cleanse Afghanistan like Israel did with Palestine but something which the US never wanted to do. It literally built the infrastructure, albeit limited, from the ground up and tried to bring the Afghans to integrate into normal society. Brought up and trained their military and supported a Government for many years. If destruction had been their purpose, they could have achieved it within the first year!

We will do it, yes we will; because our own survival hinges on it. We cannot go about as if it is business as usual with daily bombings, killings and terrorism in Pakistan. Rather all this in Afghanistan than Pakistan. Let the swine enjoy their produce of their investments.
