Operation Ghazab Lil Haq (Pakistan - Afghanistan War)

Yes - likely that elements will use these events to further create instability in relations
More Pakistanis have died crashing out over the death of Khamenei then Israelis Americans and Gulfies combined, it amazes me how Pakistanis find out a way to get themselves hurt over foreign dictators who couldn't care less about them

The way things are going on in the region, i dont expect any diplomatic breakthrough between Afghanistan and Pakistan any time soon. Even if this happens, what are the chances that this would be long lasting?
At this point friend there is no going back. It’s officially a war. Now you have to weigh your costs and expenditures.

US Pesh consulate closed until further notice -

I would consider why and it wont be just because of Khamenei situation.
There is something afoot from the Afghanis that puts Peshawar in serious danger.

For contrast - back in 2007-8 when Peshawar was ablaze with bi weekly bombs the consulate was still active.

I would assume,
Someone might have been trying to sneak up drones in trucks.. in a rugged rocky place far from home ....
and someone got a sniff of it ....
now someone is trying to make sure anything flying, or capable to assists flight is turned to rubble.

No one would like a swarm of very sophisticated drones coming in from the wrong direction.

Should we not just talk with those idiots? We can't kill every last one of them. 2-front situation is strategic disaster. No matter how much we bomb them we can never come out of 2 front situation until there is a friendly govt in Kabul. Otherwise its constant leak of resources.

By all means....let us know how it goes. CHEAP FLIGHTS TO KABUL

Real culprits of 9th May are not only free but became Field marshal.

The ones who thought of this idea to abduct most popular national leader from the court were the real culprits. Ofcourse that event triggered the nation, PTI didn't knew that GHQ would do that. What happened in those 2 days were just a mobs out of control OR reaction of the angry nation.

Calling it all a "mutiny" or a "pre-planned" scheme is as absurd as anything. The only thing planned was to deliberately trigger the nation, and then make an excuse out of it to do a strong crack down both on PTI and internally against any officers who are against all these fascist policies.

Now an organisation as politicized and as political as Pakistan army can do whatever they want in this regard. I won't be surprised if they give hard sentences to ex- officers for FM's own political goal / agenda. Its only the game of power being played by the retired but lifetime bosses of army & airforce. Even a blind man can see that. You just need to have some conscious to see that.

"Precise strikes Saar" Even Jinnah Sahab looks sick of their bullshit
so that Drone reached its target, of course a school. what do you expect from Taliban scum. they are afraid of children going to schools.

Ganju is right on this one, 50% of Afghan success has been to keep Pakistanis stuck in their propaganda and fear of them. Once that disappeared it has been a massive disaster for them.

If you do X against us we will do Y (which they of course plan to do regardless)

At a minimum you go after them and disrupt them in their own bases of refuge. They may still be able to get some of their local supporters to carry out suicide attacks but now they are on the backfoot and Pakistan on the offensive.

I say, if ANY local Pakistani is found to have been involved in the suicide bombings, there should be collective punishment for the family for betraying the country on behalf of a foreign power. Pakistan has to put the lives of Pakistanis above those who are actively supporting a foreign entity like the Taliban on our very own soil.
