Operation Ghazab Lil Haq (Pakistan - Afghanistan War)

Wahkhan is unreachable terrain, it totally closed in winter season. Need billions of dollar to setup the direct route to central asia. Not worth it. May be only China has money to built the highway, and they don t need it .

Hi, I will politely disagree on this. Central Asia is landlocked, and Pakistan has a huge opportunity to open up trade and it's ports via this strip of land.

Pakistan needs to be more future looking rather than looking at initial short term costs. They need to completely bypass Afghanistan.

That entire strip of land is an artifical divide, which was drawn between two non-existent empires, and based on a colonial mindset.

Do Pakistan have road infrastructure in Chitral and adjacent areas to Wakhan strip???? I think we first needs to build proper infrastructure on our side first. Once we have infrastructure ready on our side only then it'll make sense to capture it. Also how about international Outcry against Pakistan?? I think there will be lots to international pressure against our action.

we have already occupied parts of afghanistan , so far no outcry , its afghanistan the worlds forgotten hellhole not some west friendly nation . also imo infrastructure can be built if we see oppurtunity to make money from the central asia connetion .

it probably should be framed as locals standing up against afghanistan and inviting pakistan , open up a few girls schoool etc etc

ISI is unironically super mid, like how do you not have the location of single HVT? Even just TTP or BLA ones, Considering 30% of the country is pashtun infiltrating the Taliban should be easy

Because isi both doesnt want to and cant really do this mossad or cia level of HVT intel buildup. Isi and entire intelligence community is very thinly spread and specialises in low level intel gathering rather than spending resources trying to infiltrate higher ranks. Also just because they arent the best doesnt mean they dont try. Weve carried out 3 attempted strikes on noor wali mehsud in last 2 years and unknown gunmen roam streets of kabul regularly striking low level commanders

if thats the situation in our own backyard imagine abroad , iran war has repeatedly shown the importance of good intel agency . hope ISI can get back to its glory days

@Aliso5 , do you are suggesting to build infrastructure that spans over multi years and suffer from terrorism? It should be now just capture it

I'll will be more than happy if we capture whole of the Afghanistan and establish our military bases there. I was astonished to see how well established military infrastructure NATO has left in Afghanistan just by looking at it's map. The amount of equipment they left is enough to control an area of the size of both PAK and AFG combined. And it includes construction equipment as well. I think we should seriously be looking to even annex whole of the Afghanistan as long as there is no international backlash. But at the same time we should be looking for something where we can make quick money as well to develop our infrastructure. We can't just be looking for loans forever.

Hi, and what will you do with the 44 million "jahil" and uneducated people that come with that land?

Pakistan should only annex key border regions to make the future border easier to monitor and defend.

The level of intel collection done by CIA & Mossad is truly world's apart from ISI it's hard to know where you even lack.

Both of them are already implementing AI algorithms to process massive amounts of information from sources Pakistan didn't even realise were a thing and infiltration ideas they can't come up with, all of this massively processed to produce actionable intelligence and target data.

ISI modus operandi is still stuck in 1990's level. CIA is in 2030's.

CIA/Mossad are constantly innovating new wild methods, Pakistanis don't have the will to even think of such ideas to begin

it is ramadan, Pak. must let food pass through the routes and let patients in.

they are human beings

IMHO

Pakistan should treat every Afghan as potential suicide bomber, it is ramazan and Pakistanis cannot afford bomb blasts in their mosques during ramazan or for that matter at any time of the year.

Ramazan used to be the favorite month for the suicide idiots.

For food, yes, Pakistan can send them sealed packets of daal. Even though these afghans starved to death migrant Muslims of british india region in the past.

Weird by the way, Pakistanis and their total confusion about ramazan, they make it sound like everything is haram in ramazan and it is an opportunity get rest of the 11 months sins washed away. Is it because of Pakistanis molvis?

hope ISI can get back to its glory days

For the time being if Pakistan can work on how to curtail the leakage of information and deny access to sensitive information to these other agencies, that will be enough. Weed out the traitors and identify the sellouts and dispose them off quietly.
