Munition depletion shouldn't be a worry, we are not conducting airstrikes at such a intensity that it would become a worry.I'm worried greatly about the depletion of munitions and this hot border in the event of an Indian assault. The last time round blunders were made and at time Pakistan found itself being on the backfoot and this was without any costly war being fought in the West.
I think it's better to bring things to a settlement and secure the borders massively.
There's also nothing stopping the Taliban from urging their partners in Delhi to begin something. I'm actually surprised they have not, maybe due to negative PR in doing so?
PAF purchased 1600 PGMs from the US along with the F-16s plus 2000+ Chinese LS series PGMs for the JF-17s, around 900 got used during the various operations in KPK over the course of 6 years, we have been building our own PGM kits for a while now too, so the PGM stockpile should be above 3k
