Taliban Announces Deployment of Advanced Guided Anti-Tank & Helicopter Missiles
The Taliban’s Ministry of Defence has announced the activation of the Konkurs and Milan (9M135) guided missile system for the first time in Afghanistan.www.afintl.com
Considering how few of these they have its complete waste using it on a border post, it isn't like in our case where we have so many ATGMs that soldiers can use them like candy at just about everything.
They could have gotten a few missiles from Iraqi or Syrian groups, I doubt they have more then a dozen missiles considering they only trained 13 guys to use the systemthey will have expired for sure.
these are fresh missiles.
Bhai - besides being with their own biases these characters are all coffee or pub buddies with the eastern neighbor consulate folks. Sab gol maal haiQueue Atiq Khan ex VoA with his anti Pakistan propaganda. The twitter trolls will be out in full force today crying "Da Zara Tota May Ye".
Muh country, muh Afghanistaaaan, now I am in Landan. Bro if you miss Afghanistan so much F off back to Kabul and stop hiding in France and Landan.
But they will never do that because they know what's waiting for them when they land in the land of the morning bulbul.
You cannot insult the Plastic surgery princess and “Tikkay” nawaz even if they have been involved in the most nefarious of schemes and individuals to keep their thrones.Any updates? I heard a small group of TTA surrendered to PA, and handed over their weapons.
Just rumors though, no evidence.

On a side note, my X account got locked for "violent speech", because some Noonie reported a comment pointing out PMLN's past appeasement to TTP as violent threats.![]()
Did the french or other users leave stockpiles? They could have gotten a few missiles from Iraqi or Syrian groups, I doubt they have more then a dozen missiles considering they only trained 13 guys to use the system
still though it would be something tank crews on the border need to watchout for these Milans will go right through the Type 59 and 69s on the border.
It makes wonder why they haven't purchased more stuff from the black market like Manpads.
Not really the case in Balochistan.Men is meaningless to these people..you know what their opinion on men and life is?
" So what if 20 died, we marry four women and. Have 10 sons". - tribal commander back in 2008.
Milan is a pretty common ATGM, Iraqis and Syrians had large stock of these many of which got into the hands of rebel groups, I wouldn't be surprised if a few of those got into the hands of the TalibanDid the french or other users leave stockpiles?
Or did the Indians very likely supply the ANA and these are systems at the very edge of their lifespan
Then the Iranian route was used to smuggle in - my focus was the route less the source of the Milan.Milan is a pretty common ATGM, Iraqis had large stock of these many of which got into the hands of rebel groups, I wouldn't be surprised if a few of those got into the hands of the Taliban
Must be new. ATGM have a limited shelf life and I doubt Taliban could maintain them. Then the Iranian route was used to smuggle in - my focus was the route less the source of the Milan.
Interestingly - Ive heard some gloats from the folks who could afford both solar panels and electric cars.Hoarding. PSO is still giving it.
We are discussing Afghanistan and the tribal belt. Balochistan is an entirely different beast. Not really the case in Balochistan.
