Its not a matter of killing them all, its a matter of making them war weary. Its pretty clear that this is a one sided fight at this point, as the taliban have very few ways to fight back, and with little to no success at that.

The goal is to get them to relent to Pakistani demands.

Its not a matter of gaining victory for Pakistan, its a matter of getting the Afghans to finally take action against the ttp for their own interests.

On a serious note, what exactly is the end game here?

We keep on bombing and pounding and all...to what end?

As much as we would love it, we aren't going to kill them all with these strikes.

And the TTA aren't going to suddenly banish or take a heavy handed stance with TTP, since they are very much intertwined in their society, through family relations, tribal affiliation, or simply social assimilation.

So...we think we can force TTA to start operating against TTP in Afghanistan if we keep bombing them? What's the end game exactly?

No one knows. The state is showing it's determination.

Adil Raja and all openly say this is the case for them - part of it is their personal enmity with establishment overrides all other cares.

Pakistan is not important to them as is their views and populism along with seeing their opinions proven right instead of what is actually good for Pakistan. Unfortunately many PTI supporters including members here behave the same way.

Operation Paperclip worked because the paying regime collapsed, and the scientists took a lifeline offered to them, because the other choice was execution.

Armed forces destroy terrorist camps, support infrastructure in Afghanistan: security sources​

In overnight strikes on Friday against terrorists and Afghan Taliban targets, the armed forces destroyed training camps and support infrastructure in Afghanistan, said security sources.

“Pakistan’s Armed Forces have carried out successful airstrikes inside Afghanistan as part of the ongoing Operation Ghazab Lil Haq,” confirmed security sources.

According to security sources, the headquarters of the Afghan Taliban 313 Corps in Kabul, along with its associated infrastructure and an ammunition depot, were destroyed.

In Kandahar, the Tarawo terrorist training camp was struck along with an oil storage facility.

The armed forces also carried out strikes against the Sher-e-Nau terrorist camp, located in the Paktia province, added the security sources.

According to the sources, Pakistani forces shot down three drones of Fitna al-Khawarij using electronic warfare. Fitna-al-Khawarij is a term the state uses for terrorists belonging to the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

According to TRT World, Afghan authorities said the strikes were carried out in Kabul and several border provinces.

The development comes as Pakistan continues with Operation Ghazab lil-Haq, which was launched in late February following unprovoked firing by the Afghan Taliban from across the border.

Last Friday, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said that 527 Afghan Taliban operatives had been killed and more than 755 injured during the ongoing Operation Ghazab lil-Haq.

In a post on X summarising Afghan Taliban losses, he said that 237 check posts had been destroyed, while 38 posts were captured and subsequently destroyed.

In another post on Wednesday, he raised the number of those killed to 641, while 243 check posts were destroyed.
