Operation Ghazab Lil Haq (Pakistan - Afghanistan War)

Pakistan should actually try hiring a forensic analyst type of guy to analyse the photo explaining why it's unlikely to be an airstrike and moreso a fire

Unlike last time in October, this time TTP has followed through with Taliban in announcing a ceasefire. This should be seen as an outcome of Op GlH.

Seems like the policy of hitting Taliban in response of TTP attacks is working.

futher proves ttp is tta and nothing more

Holy retard man, what a fucking moron, does this dumbass really think they need a established drone industry to assemble some hobbyist level drones, this country is doomed with these babus in charge.

Start from the rudimentary, when it becomes a norm that afghanistan has drones and has conducted drone attacks, throw in advanced versions and say "oh their industry evolved over the period on its own, they have gained experience" and blah blah.

Better call it foreign supported program from the start so you do not end up having no option later. Pakistan is doing the right thing to build this narrative, the next step is demanding sanctions on this interim regime so no other foreign country can provide them weapon support.

ISPR shouldn't give such political statements. Basically, ISPR is modifying the rule to "eye for eyes"

Why shouldn't he? He has not crossed some line into accusing non-combatants, has he? Reading it carefully, it remains a statement congruent with universal values regarding the sanctity of civilian life.

As for the khwarij filth who strap bombs to themselves to target our security forces, schools and trains alike, such a statement is welcome and accurate, indeed somewhat generous in its ratios.

Am deeply ashamed of Pakistan today. Mods can give me a warning. I don't care. It needed to be said.

Talibs WOULD NOT HESITATE to strike us on Eid, declaring us as "kaffir" for not bowing to their vile dreams of ethnic supremacy.

Easy there, people on borders have families too. They need some reprieve from war, they too should get a chance of celebrating Eid, even if it is in very a little way. May be they can talk to their families and children without being worried about war.

It is not a bad thing, even if these countries did not request this ceasefire, we should have announced it on our own.

I wouldn’t say that it was a statement in continuity - I have no idea about current sortie rates but I think during PaF exercises they go higher and that had led to some serious fatigue.

But @side-winder had highlighted this earlier I believe the issue isn’t flying fatigue but missed training sorties because that is where you practice ideas and tactics versus a generally patterned CAP or strike sortie.
My bad it was a statement from panzerkiel i attributed to you

ISPR
Rawalpindi, 19 March 2026

Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, COAS & CDF, interacted with Ulema of Ahl-e-Tasheeh community at Rawalpindi where matters of national security and role of Ulema in societal harmony came under discussion.

The Field Marshal underscored vital role of Ulema in promoting unity, tolerance and national cohesion, particularly in countering misinformation, sectarian narratives and externally sponsored destabilization efforts.

Referring to Operation Ghazab lil Haq, he emphasised that Pakistan will not tolerate use of Afghan soil for conduct of terrorism against our people, and reiterated the resolve to eliminate terrorists and their infrastructure operating against Pakistan wherever they may be, through precise, intelligence-based operations. He emphasized that Afghan Taliban must prevent use of Afghan soil for terrorism against Pakistan.

The Field Marshal highlighted to the participants, Pakistan’s efforts and pro-active diplomacy in seeking regional de-escalation. He emphasised the critical role of Ulema to strengthen unity and counter extremism, reiterating that religious sentiments must not be exploited to incite violence in the country. Violence in Pakistan, on the basis of incidents occurring in another country, will not be tolerated.

The participating Ulema expressed their desire for peace, stability, and condemned violence in the name of religion in strongest terms. They expressed wholehearted support to law enforcement agencies in bringing about peace and stability in the country.
Hafiz sahab needs to keep doing Hafiz sahab things

Did these fuckers suffer brain damage as a child that they can't form coherent sentences? What is this bullshit English?

Are schools this bad in Pakistan, is this why they struggle with articulation to explain why they have to fight terrorists?

It seems after Eid the fighting will actually start again because the Taliban are naming Pakistan more than usual in their speeches.

Pakistan has done well dominating in the skies which is good, but I think it needs to focus on clear ground dominance, footage of quick raids in and out will collapse morale significantly especially after the airstrikes.

Ground domination has a different psychology associated with it and I think it's missing - of course a lot more risky though.

@side-winder @Panzerkiel Did Pakistan agree to ceasefire partly due to worsening fuel situation? Jet fuel in particular. I know it's a sensitive question. But high intensity of aerial strikes would've consumed hugh amount of Jet fuel and considering extensive supply chain disruptions, high command decided to go with Sauid-Qatar-Turkiye request?

Unless Pakistan wants to dip into it's strategic reserves? I envy India in this regard, atleast they have russian oil to fall back to in this case

I guess we need to have different perspective about the situation. Last night and this morning attack on Qatar Gas fields, Saudi and Kuwaiti oil refineries has changed everything.

What I see is Taliban are boasting and cyber-rattling to save face. They did little in terms of retaliation. They claimed Pakistan killed 400 people but there was no retaliation from Taliban and they agreed for a ceasefire without taking any revenge. It has dented their capability.

The reality of war is every side needs fuel to fight. If Afghanis are going to spend their fuel supplies on a border skirmish with Pakistan, then there's little left to run the country. And then Afghanis will rise against Taliban and will overthrow them.

TTA & TTP both understand the equation has changed. The funding is drying. They need to mollycoddle and pacify their own fighters and people to survive what comes next in few weeks which is food, medicine and fuel shortages.

TTP has already declared a ceasefire. What I see and expecting is, Afghanis are going to give written guarantees. Pakistan is going to accept that and by next month, the border crossings are going to open to ease up on the aftereffects of fuel and food shortages. Everyone is going to make short-term compromises to ride out the effects of Iran-USA war
