The problem is that their is a proportion who see themselves as AFGHAN and their loyalty is to Afghanistan and their ethnicity above everything else

I've said for a few years now they are fast running out of men and here we are the first all female unit.
All female units throughout the ages in military conflicts have had high rates of death. Take for example the Tamil Tigers. They had around 20% women fighting for them but yet made up quarter of all deaths, and they were far better equipped and trained than the BLA.

It is reactive, tactical and complaining after every attack. This army needs to stop pretending to be competent and seek advice and training from the Turks and Chinese, put its ego aside.
