They have no dignity nor desire to fix themselves, warna of course like you said land reforms karo, develop a genuine middle class, discourage nepotism/corruption strictly with a strong focus on meritocracy, political function should be more secular to get rid of extremism in institutions and social life, develop a more sustainable nationalism, a nationalist class, higher literacy and professionals, and take the fight with more conviction to Afghanistan, dont wait 10 days to response or let your dignity be disrespected.
