Also, no one in the west is reporting these strikes at all anywhere. It is "almost" as if Pakistan has been given a free reign to deal with the Taliban as they see fit.

Great point. I have been watching the western news websites too. Not a peep about "drug addicts killed" or anything of the sort.

Maybe the usual concerned crowd are off early for diwali?

Wrong! NDS was fully on the Indian side + US/NATO backing. With the Talibs, they are isolated and easier to hammer. Keep throwing them off and letting no one take full control. You can't control nations, best to keep them in turmoil.

When we moved to the West my parents wanted us to learn the Quran. My family being Shia didn't care if the Quranic teacher was Shia or Sunni, just wanted us to have a religious background. There were bunch of Afghan mosques near us so easier for a poorer family like mine to send them there instead of longer distance Shia or Persian/Iraqi Mosque. The first Afghan mosque we went to asked my dad about our religious sect (based off the last names), my dad told them what does it matter if the Quran is the same. They weren't as interested. The Second mosque in a large family home turned into a mosque were more religiously conservative with black turbans and beards. They accepted us but boy did they treat us like crap. They were religious Sunni basically Afghan Supremacists. We were there only for a few months until my parents just stopped. We ended attending a summer school in a large Iraqi Shia mosque which had a lot of Pakistani sunnis students there. The point is there can be no peace between Pakistan and afghanistan. They have to be subjugated and treated like utter crap. Who remembers that Afghan doctor in Germany hitting a Pakistani patient or treating them like crap? Deport them all and keep them in the stone age.

The decision is thankfully a straightforward one, as the Afghanistani qom, men and women, old and young, simply cannot keep its hatred for Pakistan quiet. They are like their genetic barhadari in Hindustan, in this regard. Imagine if they were even 10% as cunning as our more educated enemies!
