To be honest, the russians are not really in their state of mind,,,,,,,,the losses of the ukraine/nato war is messing them up, to the point that now theyre doing blunders again. That 3-day operation in ukraine is now many years and still no winning
Now they have to get people from other countries to go fight their war, lol.
Yeah they can't be taken seriously anymore, they're a spent power from yesteryear.
Time to smoke all those talibunnies everywhere, enforce a no fly zone over afghanistan and ban their airline Kam Air from operating to Pakistan

Tbh more realistic Pakistan India can have a more reasonable equilibrium
How do you remove entrenched ethno nationalism, it's genetic at this stage.
Put in context, American 20 year occupation they got worse and more ambitious
They won't give up, they have headroom for their territorial ambitions because no occupation
I don't even know how long Pakistan can sustain these attacks unless they take territory and the opposition gets much stronger within Afghanistan.

Interference of the Russians in Afganistan has never bode well for them. First the Czars were gone, and then the USSR was gone. Is it the time for Putin now? By the by, Russia always avails the war opportunities to get her Muslim youth become KIA. Most probably she now wants the Afgans....

Nothing to be jubilant about, trying to pitch anti Taliban against Taliban will further the civil war further the bloodshed. Doesn't really solve the Pakistan specific terrorism problem. What we must do is not stop striking at Afghan terror camps because Talibs went crying to Russia, our resolve, or lack of it, will, and has always shaped things in central Asia....

Wonder what KPK Govt has to say about such tweets? I don't Maryam Nawaz but she wasn't wrong when said that her state/Country faces greater threat from KPK/Baluchistan than India or Iran or Israel or USA.

You know the worse part of it, TTP has killed more Pushtun's than anyone else in recent history, Tribal elders beheaded and executed like a dog and their bodies hung for everyone to watch, suicide bombings like Qisa Khani bazar and other that martyred so so so many innocent people from their own ethnic group and yet the people like IK or S.A won't take a honorable stand against these throat cutters, while you have some posters here who's back gets on fire when I say that the KPK society has some self corrections to do.

As Mike Tyson said, everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.
This is what happens when ethnicity and political loyalty are placed ahead of the country. TTP has murdered more Pashtuns than anyone else in recent history, yet some people still reserve all their anger for the state while making excuses for the very terrorists slaughtering their own people.
Tribal elders were beheaded, markets were bombed and entire communities were terrorised, but there was never the same outrage or resistance against TTP. A society cannot defeat an enemy it is still unwilling to clearly identify and confront. At some point, KPK society also has to look inward and ask why these narratives continue to find space.

Like it or not, call me racists but truth is that TTP survives only because of people of KPK, Tribals. If they decided enough is enough and they stand with state, and by stand with State means completely exile every TTP fighter or their families, strict rules on anyone associating with TTP or similar organization, i'd say within a year you will see KPK situation change, but unfortunately people of KPK/Tribals have their reasons to support/hide/back TTP, some do it because of same ethnicity and others because the same Shariah law churan.
