Nevertheless, Pakistan is not in the position to tell Israel to not attack its perceived enemies. Pakistan does not have such power and clout and will draw unnecessary attention to itself. Pakistan's statements will ring hollow or might not live up to them. This is why I insist on a realistic take on our options.
I agree with this part. When someone is not prepared to follow up their bark with their bite, then it's best to keep quiet and not draw attention. Pakistan's claim has always been that our nukes are India-centric so expanding that theater to include Israel would invite all sorts of unwelcome attention from the West.
Israel usually does not make empty threats, which is why if the claims of Israeli nuclear bluster are true, then they might use a tactical nuke as a statement of capability.
