I always believe that blocking water, bombing dams & nuking India are political statements for the general public, nothing is serious about it.

mark my world nobody will going to block flow of water (might divert flow of water as allowed in IWT) or attempt to bomb dams inside India or even think about nuking India. I think Pakistanis need to be very clear. There is a reason that the clown show to our east had invented this word "abeyance" and has refused to use "withdrawn" or "materially breached". The reason is that India failed to adhere to the precise stipulations of the contract in question.

They will come here and bark til the moon turns red that Pakistan did this or that so India will punish saar! without defining this "punishment" explicitly as the "breach" of a treaty they signed. They were under no duress to sign and we assume their representatives had capacity to sign. The World Bank was co-signatory.

Several of the clowns have actually acknowledged that India's action constitutes simple breach of terms in its purest form.

I would urge the GoI to now follow suit and declare freely that they have breached the terms.

For the record, NOWHERE in the treaty does it claim that "terrorism" or "war" or "arguments about other stuff" constitutes a breach of the terms of the treaty. I understand why India would like it to state this but they should have raised that specifically when the treaty was being drawn up.
