Actually this seems to be a surprisingly good outcome for India. The allegation from Canada was that India's home minister and RAW officials gave orders for Nijjar's murder . Instead, the indictment has pinned it all on the crime boss Bishnoi who is already in an Indian prison. Looks like a parting gift to India from Tulsi Gabbard and Kash Patel.

I always believe that blocking water, bombing dams & nuking India are political statements for the general public, nothing is serious about it.

mark my world nobody will going to block flow of water (might divert flow of water as allowed in IWT) or attempt to bomb dams inside India or even think about nuking India.
