Yapp ..... But at least on the basis of this pic we can say that F-1 were in production during 2021-2022 so eve if production rates is slow there must be a sizable stock with PA as the system is at least in production for last 4-5 years

@Panzerkiel mentioned 2 years back that were atleast 2 fatah regiments, each regiment has 18 launchers with 6 missiles each so it would come out to 216 missiles assuming no reloads.

Now a another regiment has probably been added since then and assuming having a enough missiles to reload at least one full regiment then it would come out to 450+ missiles.

This suggests a production rate of atleast 100 missiles per year.

Hardly, these are supposed to be used for everything, you need massive stockpiles a few hundred isn't good enough.

A little correction each F-1 launcher have 8 tubes for launching F-1 missiles.
