Australia also managed to break the codes which prevented modifications to the Hornet's radar software after the US Government refused to share them. This enabled the software to be adjusted so that all of the aircraft operated by Australia's neighbours could be designated as hostile. In his final address to Parliament, former Minister for Defence Kim Beazley stated that he had raised access to the radar system repeatedly with the US Government during the 1980s, and "in the end, we spied on them and we extracted the codes ourselves"

What is a M6.6 Standard upgrade for a F-16?

But can be updated or upgraded. PAF has done that with its Sidewinder inventory. Same could be done here.
That is resourceful of the Pakistanis.

They should export this service. Bring your expired missiles and we renew them. There should be a large number of takers in the developing world.

Actually they were sent to the USA 🇺🇸 for the upgrade. Sarcasm apart.

Are there any plans for these F-16's to be upgraded via Turkish MLU?, because if they arent, then it would be better to phase them out in favour of more J-10C squadrons as these 16's are massively outgunned by the latter in most if not all depts.
