A long time ago, I reported "This user is suspicious!" on the forum, and I also submitted evidence through GHQ.

However, these measures did not attract the attention of the forum management team.

I would like to point out an additional phenomenon to the management team:

Chinese IP addresses cannot determine the true identity of visitors.

There is a phenomenon you may not have noticed:

While mainland Chinese internet users can indeed directly access this forum, they cannot access it completely. If forum users quote information from URLs blocked by the GFW, such as YouTube.com, x.com, and Facebook, mainland Chinese internet users will be completely unable to read it. Therefore, I have to use a VPN to access this forum. Due to the VPN, my IP address may come from any VPN node, and even frequently jumps between different VPNs.

This is the true access pattern for mainland Chinese users. Unless we completely ignore the content quoted in your posts...
