You forgot the J10 C and the type 054's and the 8 submarines---those were my projections as well---when no one had any clue what to get.

But guess what---if you are doing your PHD now---you are around 25 yrs +- of age---so at that time you would be around 10 +- yrs when I made those projections---so you would not know.

PAF has a habit of showing off needlessly just to prove that they are someone special---.

It is a great organization---but its need for show & pomp---self recognition---is more important than keeping national secrets---.

I agree with you we need to work on convential offensive domain now.. if you have suggested 054 destroyer and submarines than i admire you more.. by the way i am 37 now. Between my MS and PhD i have done 10 years job experience to support my family. Otherwise i was always interested in PhD. Thanks

I have zero interest in politics and will IA try to never comment on that matters. I guess my political views are very different from majority and just by my saying no one is gonna change his views. I have learned hard this experience within my families becoming sandwitch between ANP, PPP and PTI supporters.

This time they will---. They have been humiliated world wide---.

Btw this mentality is also prevalent in a number of the officer corps inducted over the last decade or so, who think k "civilians ko in baato ka nahi pata hona chahiay".

To be honest, we are still behind.. with the help of china we need 6g, AI infused system and i think we can do that. I personally know many pakistani phd in related fields. That will enhance CEC manifold

When Pakistani PhD have no future in Pakistan there will be little to no progress locally in any of these fields
