How can you come up with a 700 km to 1000 km range just on the OTH basis?
The EriEye-ER is also an OTH solution with ranges between 550 km to 650 km.

EriEye-ER has a detection range of only 450 kilometers.

The KJ-500's detailed data is unknown, but CCTV's military program revealed that its radar has an effective detection range of more than 560km. Note that CCTV said is "more than." We can referring to the PL-15E's range of "more than" 145km.

So, 700 km may be correct, but 1000 km is unlikely.
