Is this an AI video? Giving weird vibes.
Ai...

No yaar, this British character does various video from Fighter Jets to Bridges to lord knows what else. He likes to add some sense of humor, but often fails miserably - or atleast that's my take on it.

Obviously - he doesn't really have any knowledge about these things and is most certainly reading off a teleprompter-type device.

$$$$ is the problem for getting furtherJ-10C
Yes, very true.

But the real problem is that if you can't afford a jet ½ the price of a Viper from your closest ally - then God help.

Lucky for us (according to a my source), the remaining 16 are covered & we should start recieving 'em next year.

When?

No clue.

Brother i have a humble question, @Michael is saying that China has closed or about to close the J-10C production line, And if the line wasn't closed yet, shouldn't 16 aircraft have been rolled out of this production line during this period? Because, in my opinion, China has not inducted any new J-10C for the last year and a half i guess. Than why we didnt get them yet?

Look, i'm not going to get into the who said what.

Everyone has their sources.

I'm not going to get into Production Line being closed debate. I'm NOT sitting in China.

I was just at the Dubai Air Show last month, and there was a J-10c Model there. I spoke with CATIC Reps. If you go back a page, you may see some pictures (of me) of interest.

Q. If a Country/Company is planning on closing the Production of a particular "product", the why market it at such an event?

Especially..., when such a "product" has done sooooooooooo well that Nations for the first time are taking interest in it.

Q. Prior to the events that took place back in May this year..., how many countries showed serious interest in the J-10C/E (other than Pakistan)?

As for your query 'bout not getting them, its pretty obvious & explained in the very top post of this page.

Initially it was stated that Pakistan will get 35, J-10 C jet fighters from China, and later up to 70 j-10 C ,soon.
But so far resources /Wikipedia showing, Pakistan got only 20 J-10C. what is dilemma ??
No dilemma.

Pakistan purchased 20 J-10C in a reaction to Indian induction of 36 Rafales.

If India inducts another 36, Pakistan will purchase another 20 on fast track.

Remember this please.

Brother, India has plenty of money, and if they go ahead with the deal for 114 Rafales—which I've heard includes the F5 variant—then our 36 J-10CEs won't stand a chance. And if they increase the order further, we don't have that kind of cash? I feel like this could become a real problem for the PAF in the coming years. Plus, our economy doesn't look like it's going to improve much over the next 10 years, in my opinion.

That's not the way large capital military acquisitions work, the J10 deal was in the works for a while, and for the PAF it was a matter of letting the platform mature. In addition, the Chinese didn't allow export of the J10 until they developed the export orientated version, the J10CE.

India has tried to acquire 126 multi-role fighters all the way back since 2008. It is now 2025 and they only have 36 Rafails.

We have all the money and strategies to keep India in its place.

Chinese didn't allow the export of J-10? Pakistan had almost purchased the J-10B in 2010 but plans had to be cancelled.

This is a misinterpretation.

1. The PLAAF has already stopped procuring J-10C fighter jets. Subsequently, CAC transferred the production line and technical data to Guizhou. This production line can produce both the J-10C and different versions of the J-10CE for different customers. ------ Earlier, CAC completed the acquisition of Guizhou Aircraft Manufacturing Plant, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. Transferring the production of the J-10C series fighter jets to Guizhou is a move to support the subsidiary. Meanwhile, CAC's headquarters in Chengdu focuses on other projects.

2. The assembly line for the J-10C series fighter jets still uses a traditional model. Closing and reopening this type of production line is relatively simple. We only need to store the relevant specialized tools and repurpose the workshops to consider the production line closed. It can be restarted in a very short time.

3. The subsystems (radar, avionics, cockpit, engine, etc.) and related components of the J-10C series fighter jets are also used in other aircraft. These products are supplied by other vendors and are still in production.

4. The Chinese military industrial system's production lines are constantly transforming towards "flexibility" and "intelligence." "Flexibility" means that the production line can simultaneously mass-produce components of completely different specifications for different end products.
