It absolutely does not.

There's a good reason why the grey color is used, and not green. Grey blends in with clouds and the sky much better than a dark green.

I think the paint scheme is also very effective for low flying terrain in our part of the world.

No you're wrong, Typhoon is also stand in medium weight category

And J35 is also medium weight jet whereas J-20 stand in heavy weight category similar to F-22/F35 medium/heavy weight (high/low) combo

I think comparisons with Typhoon are misplaced. Typhoon was mean to be a heavy multi role fighter to replace several types in both air defence and strike roles. J-10 seems to be an air superiority fighter with secondry attack ability in medium catagory. A comparison with PAF Block 52 would be more fair I think. In air superiority it's load compares will with F-16.

J-35 is a real heavy fighter, with performance similar to Typhoon but added benefit of stealth. I would bet on that jet against anything bar a F-22

No typhoon was meant to be air superiority aircraft not a multi role

Multi role capabilities came in very late

It goes both ways. The data learned will probably get passed on to the IAF, sooner or later.

Not sure, but even if it is, the J-10s aren't meant for anti-shipping roles.

They might not be meant for it, but could be employed in that role. Their ability to carry potentially larger Anti-Ship Cruise missiles or Ballistic missiles, might make them better suited, then any other aircraft in the PAF inventory, should push come to shove.

The PAF may need this platform, down the line, perhaps with a more power engine to be able to carry a pair of Hypersonic cruise missiles with enough range to effectively keep Indian carrier battle groups at bay.
