To be honest, we are still behind.. with the help of china we need 6g, AI infused system and i think we can do that. I personally know many pakistani phd in related fields. That will enhance CEC manifold

For example, there is a university near my home that is completely unknown. However, it has China's only specialized program in “nuclear weapons maintenance”......

If you are interested in China's military science and technology and have a certain academic background, you can visit China's academic research websites. The academic papers on these websites are only made public after obtaining authorization, so there is no risk of information leakage.

But :
1. You need to understand Chinese. At the very least, you need to be able to read both Chinese and English. Most of these articles are a mix of Chinese and English content.
2. You need to have a strong academic background. Otherwise, you will not be able to understand the content.

If the only thing pakistan needs to do right now it is to cooperate with chinese goverment on cross university colloboration. pakistan must pick the brightest mind in different fields and sent them to china for research. atleast 5000 students per year for research across chinese universities. these will benefit both pakistan and china. as china may also get another way of thinking from outside chinese people. Probably our students may also help advance china scientific progress in some fields but it will mostly benefit pakistan to have extremely capable people who can later come to pakistan and help develop pakistan indegenous defence tech

@arslank01 @MastanKhan now i understand why we cannot progress.. the elder things the young are stupid and are making things worse and the younger thinks elders way didnt go well until now we shouldnt listen and go our way now. the best is in between. we must both with big hearts must listen to one another with perspective of understanding and open mind and chose the best coarse that is possible.

If i have the power today. i will pick my best students all over pakistan and create an academy with chinese teachers who prepare these students pass chinese university entrance exam specifically for these 7 universities. i would also go and create one university in pakistan with branches all over main cities that will purely work with these seven universities or maybe an agreement like our are campus of the following seven universities.

I understand that. but humain dil barhaa karna parhega.. by the way i myself believe that there should be no 60+ person in higher posts. the higher posts may it be Prime minister, President and all goverment organizations should have people with age between 40-55. hum pakistaniyon kay 55 kay baad dimagh saheeh kaam nahi kartay ikka dukka ko chorh kay.. these is pure my obervation.
