Ozgur is a far better upgrade n will upgrade our f 16 to a level equlant to block 70/72 standard if not further.
The radar developed under ozgur is GaN based unlike the apg 83 which is GaA based.
Plus it would increase the service life of the airframe from 8000 to 12000

It seems that China is currently ramping up production of J-10 fighter jets for Indonesia, Algeria, and Egypt, while Pakistan would be better served by focusing on its F-16s

The twenty J-10C fighters currently in service are already enough for Pakistan.

But that's the beauty of this upgrade as after it u.s influence remains basically till the engine....but the further this program grows n it incorporates more things like short/long range missiles....
