Who thinks Pakistan has a big role to play in negotiating J-10CEs for Uzbeks and Bangladesh?

Why would Pakistan have such a role? Pakistan duped the dumb officials of a certain country to buy their JF-17 with "brotherhood tales" doing the heavy lifting (it doesn’t exist in case of Uzbekistan, so they were safe. Also of course it was smart to finally come up with Block 3, so you could bundle words like "4.5th gen, aesa, long range bvr" to make the sale easier, as if any of that negates the fact that this is a inferior platform overall), why would it play a role in acting as middle man for the sale of another aircraft when it could promote its own JF-17?
