PAF J-35AE - News, Updates and Discussions

Hi,

There are no short cuts to excellence---.

Well---3 pilots to an aircraft and specialized crews as well. The learning curve is going to be long---.

Someone correct me---it took the F35 close to 15 years---.

Very true, however many lessons and tactics (and indeed weapons) can be picked up from Chinese experiance on the J-20, will mean hopefully we can have a potentially shorter learning curve here.

Another factor is that in the future we may need to look at completely Chinese AEW, SAM System and EW support if we want to truly network this bird like the Chinese do and the USAF does with the F-35.
Unsure if Chinese will let us open up everything and integrate it with Erieye, TPS-77, SPADA, Turkish naval radars etc.

But someone told me that Western pilots can quickly and proficiently pilot Chinese fighter jets. And Western pilots teach Chinese pilots how to pilot Chinese fighter jets.

Hi,

The J20 had less #'s because there was no established powerplant for it---. The chinese focus was on the EW and weapons package.

Now that the power plant of the J20 is in service---the production has gone up---& numbers I believe close to or more than 200.
Then I must say stealthy KIZILELMA and ANKA-3 are a great success! By 2026 they'll be autonomously patrolling the East Med and bombing the PKK/YPG hideouts in the Northern Iraq/Syria defying the Western and Russian AD systems. The next phase of the dual engine versions for the both has already started....

Selchuk Bayraktar doctrine: put 10 KEs for each Hellenic F-35....

No wonder Elon Mask is for the unmanned jets as the future....

Hi,

Non piloted aircraft are inducted faster than the piloted aircraft.

If one could upload flight parameters---and combat algorithms in the human brain---the transition would be much much faster.

Hi,

You read it wrong---either intentionally or due to a lack of understanding---or you are trying to be EXTRA CLEVER in you comment.

Foreign pilots have been training chinese pilots with diverse combat tactics---.

It is nothing new---. Possibly there are retired pakistani pilots attached with the USAF as well---.

A small question. China and the US have a hostile relationship. Pakistan and India have a hostile relationship... So. Would you invite an American Indian pilot to teach you how to pilot an F-16?

Would you invite Indian Americans to enter the Pakistan Air Force base? Would you allow Indian American pilots to fly F-16/JF-17/J-10. Then have Indian Americans teach Pakistani pilots how to pilot the J-10/JF-17?

You must be Extra CLEVER. So you can definitely answer my question.

Which member has this confidence? After flying F16 for over 10 years, can you teach Pakistani pilots how to fly J-10C?

Depends on the context - there are Indian Americans dealing with the defense sector in Pakistan - business is business.

Are they Americans or are they Indians?
If they are American born Indian heritage then they are American - no other questions involved.

But they will likely not have access to all base facilities and that goes for even Chinese pilots .

Or there could be a Pakistani variant of KAAN which could use a Chinese or Russian engine.
Why KAAN? What can KAAN possibly offer other than Muslim Brotherhood that J-31 Gyrfalcon can't?

You're not under the impression that Turkish Aviation is somehow superior to Chinese Aviation?
