PAF J-35AE - News, Updates and Discussions

I’ve heard these statements Time and again I vividly remember when they were talks of buying J10C And Jf17, Pakistan does not have any money in person still they did it.
I don’t buy these stupid ass statements anymore. They have shown the resolve divide top tier weapons without money and they will do it again
We have always found ways to buy things. Also this time people should not forget the fact that we just earned a $1.6 Billion deal with Azerbaijan to sell JF-17s and without a doubt that is another source of income which will be used by PAF to advance its procurement plans.

Dear I think i told you earlier too that i said 2028-30 right from the start. Not 2030-32. 🫣
2028 till 2030 so you fall in to the 2030s category then lol. Give you 2 years extra for peace of mind. Even if we get J35 in 2028 that will be a big surprise, it's only 4 years away, and currently J35 is not even ready.

Actually Pakistan would earn some low hundreds of millions of dollar from this deal.

The bulk of the money for this purchase would go to Russia(engine) and China(radar, electronics and missiles).

Better than nothing but the amount of money that Pakistan itself will be earning from overseas sales will be well below 1 billion US dollars a year due to the low "value added".

Buying 5th generation would be tremendously costly as not only are the fighters themselves expensive but also the associated infrastructure and other systems that go along with it.

Some of those numbers of 5th generation jets may require an economy well over 500 billion US dollars and near 1 trillion.

Looks good but doesn’t look like it can carry more than 4 BVR missiles

It can carry 6 pl-15 in it's weapons bay. For India, j-10c is more than enough lol no need for 5th gen to deal with pathetic airforce like that of our neighbor.

It's just a guess; everyone can have their own. Let's see what the future holds for us.

lol stupid is your claim that J-35 sqd induction will occur in Dec 2026 lol, andd who is your source in PAF peon or janitor in PAF? top secret/classified project personals won't share any sensitive information of the project to the common and ordinary and aboard citizens of Pakistan like you lol, and there are no infrastructure to support J-35 in PAF, we need to modify and built infra to support J-35. and last we are not in a hurry to buy stealth jet because there is no immanent threats from our enemy (India) that will have stealth jets anytime soon, so your claim of induction of J-35 in Dec-2026 is ridiculous and absurd lol

and your nonsense about $$$ no launch is free in the world we have to pay soon then later, with the crippling economy of the country we have to pay either on soft loans by China and for KAAN i don't know how we will pay for super expensive KAAN

and even USAF/PLAAF/Ru air force will not become full stealth force by 2050-60, so it's highly unlikely that PAF will become full stealth force in our life time

i wont be a complete squardon, not the janitor, the walls of air head quarter

wow Air HQ shared you classified and sensitive information of Induction of its First STEALTH JETs induction's time-table to a ordinary and common person which living aboard, how old you're?

and your previous post 2 pages ago you claimed that FIRST SQDN OF J-35 WILL ARRRIVE IN DEC 2026, so don't contradict your previous claim lol

2010 Red Flag exercise PAF pilots along with two attached USAF F-16 instructors. Did they all qualify to fly the J-35A including the retired personnel (one of them is under arrest ).

😘…wait and see…

I recall talking to an Indian saying we will leave you behind in armament in the near future and I told him no.. That it would be the other way around he went into ballistic mood citing economy and what not and It was right around that time Turkey and China were making some technological advances.. Pakistan already has better airforce, will have even much better airforce, better air defense systems and even more better air defense systems in future.. Imagine if Pakistan adds the Siper systems fully. Not to forget the world class drones.

There is Kaan, J-35 and what not. Hence my take was correct. Pakistan lucky with the right friends in the right time.

Pakistan greatest advantage is powerful friends. China, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Iran , Malaysia etc western countries all need a strong Pakistan to keep india weak and occupied. They will never let Pakistan get weak enough to be occupied by India.

The Western countries don´t care much for Pakistan in truth in fact hate PK but China and Turkey don´t want a weakened Pakistan especially China. It want to keep India in check by arming Pakistan. Pakistan is what separates India from Eurasia and China wants it to keep it that way. China fears that India will be used against it as cannon fodders hence they wanna make sure Pakistan is there to gate keep India..

Politics is like a chess but if you have sharp eyes and look closer everyone is predictable

Dont u think it will be better if you get few of these chinese fighters before saying you actually won against India 🤣🤣🤣

Thanks for Clarity.

My Last Post on subject while trying to deflect forum from Dec 2026 to the capabilities etc

Lets rewind in midst of this frenzy almost an year ago - QUWA

"On 03 January 2024, the Pakistan Air Force’s (PAF) Chief of Air Staff (CAS), Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, announced that the PAF will be acquiring the J-31/FC-31 Stealth Fighter.

In an official press release, the PAF stated, “The foundation for acquiring the J-31 stealth fighter aircraft has already been laid, which is all set to become part of the PAF’s fleet in the near future.”

- No Details
- No mention of 5th Generation says Stealth
- No light on engine
- Numbers ?
- Delivery Batches or Time Lines ?
- Financing arrangements since China can replicate J-10C Financing model - Turkiye Cannot replicate it & a US Engine . Its a big factor if we see J-10C numbers, PFX Etc in pipe line.
- 'Foundation work started' can mean many things - Thats where Training Hoax probably ballooned. Assessing sub systems for integration with existing PAF Assets and finalising specs or upgrades over next 5 - 10 years might have been the referral. This includes not only conducting combat operations from bases owned by international partners, but also operating at relatively austere locations.

.That near future could be 5 years or more .....!

Does PAF need a FULLY FUNCTIONAL TRUE 5TH GEN RIGHT AT THIS POINT Considering IAF Fleet , Delays in engine of Tejas MK-IA , MK-II Beats me , AMCA in 2040 for being operational and a choice for Su-57 or F-35 with S-400 Saga

or J-35AE
better to Jump in during Improvements - I rest my case.

Coming to Tech side - beddown reinforced hangars and supporting facilities, consisting of reinforced concrete facilities, blast resistant steel sliding hangar doors, utilidors (underground utility corridors), complex mechanical and electrical systems, Specialised Cooling system with Li Backup, Robust detailed inspection system & testing before and after flight for Paint, Coating etc, Specilised Ovens & Primers , and a specialized, site-specific Building Management System (BMS). A huge undertaking in itself.

The work has to be completed by following strict security requirements, addressing logistical challenges, and managing multiple subcontractors while coordinating operations on an active military base adjacent to an active flightline. US would like to get some info on Chinese J-35A..

Example - Even though there is no current data on the absorbing capability of the RAM used by J-20. The inner surface of the inlet duct from the start of DSI bump leading to the engine stages and the radar blocker will be coated with a layer of MnZn ferrite RAM. This rule is made due to the fact that it is not possible to evaluate the RCS reduction effect of S-duct inlet without a layer of RAM added

Now i will go back and post only open media news without own views....
Since Chinese military terminology has a lot of specific terms and they are often difficult to translate correctly by translation software, I can only make a few attempts, but I can't be sure that these will be understood correctly by my friends on the PDF.

1, Maintenance issues of stealth fighters.
China's currently known stealth fighters (J-20/J-35A/two new toys) all utilize completely different stealth technologies. the J-20 requires a relatively low hangar environment, we see tons of J-20's parked in improvised hangars, and even they are parked in the open air.
The J-35A's official briefing specifically emphasizes its extreme stealth capabilities. In the exposed photos, we also found that it has the phenomenon of coating peeling off. So, we determined that it needs a special hangar environment to park.
This is a very large maintenance expense for PAF. Special hangars, regular coating changes, very precise maintenance operations ......

2. The concept of modern warfare
I will use Chinese military doctrine to analyze it.
China's modern warfare doctrine emphasizes five areas.------侦.控.打.评.保

Please note! There may be problems with the following translations!
侦---侦察---侦察是指通过各种手段获取敌方或目标的信息,包括情报收集、监视和侦测等,以便为后续的军事行动提供准确的信息支持。 Reconnaissance is the acquisition of information about an enemy or target by various means, including intelligence gathering, surveillance and reconnaissance, in order to provide accurate information to support subsequent military operations.
控---控制---控制是指在侦察的基础上,对目标进行实时监控和管理,确保信息的准确性和及时性,以便在需要时能够迅速做出反应。 Control refers to the real-time monitoring and management of targets based on reconnaissance to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information so that a rapid response can be made when needed.
打---打击---打击是指根据侦察和控制获取的信息,对敌方目标进行精确打击,包括火力打击、导弹攻击等手段。 Strike refers to precision strikes against enemy targets based on information obtained by reconnaissance and control, including fire strikes, missile attacks and other means.
评---评估---评估是指在军事行动结束后,对行动的效果进行总结和评价,包括战斗损失、任务完成情况等方面的评估。 Assessment refers to summarizing and evaluating the effects of a military operation at its conclusion, including combat losses, mission accomplishment, and other aspects of the operation.
保---保障---保障是指为军事行动提供必要的后勤支持,包括物资供应、医疗救治、通信保障等,确保军事行动的顺利进行。 Security refers to the provision of the necessary logistical support for military operations, including the supply of materials, medical treatment, communications security, etc., to ensure the smooth conduct of military operations.

This combat doctrine is a coordinated three-dimensional operation covering all aspects of all-round combat, including land, low-altitude, high-altitude, space, surface and underwater. Fighter aircraft are only one component of this tactical model. This modern combat theory is based on an advanced military information network.

Let me give you an example.

Iran launches a large number of ballistic missiles to attack Israel. Many of the missiles missed their targets. At the same time, Iran itself is not entirely sure of the actual effectiveness of the strikes. This is the result of the lack of modern military information networks.
If Iran could have tracked these missiles in real time and reconnoitered the target area in real time, probably, it would have taken only 1 to 3 missiles to destroy a certain target. And, this can be confirmed by immediately releasing real-time images.

Early. People took pictures of reconnaissance with cameras on reconnaissance planes. Upon the return of the reconnaissance aircraft, the film was removed, developed, and then carefully analyzed and labeled by a senior professional before being handed over to the commander.
Later. Reconnaissance satellites and drones became available. The intelligence they generate is analyzed and labeled by professionals in the rear and passed on to commanders.
Now. A large amount of data generated by various reconnaissance equipment is transmitted back to the command center in real time through a high-speed military data chain, which is automatically analyzed and labeled by a large-scale computer, combined with other intelligence and the commander's orders, and transmitted in real time to the terminals of the front-line soldiers. ......

Times have changed!
