40 is too many, Pakistan will buy 24 J35A at most. china is also not likely to transfer J35A technology.

The J35A carries the mission of competing head-to-head or even air combat showdown with the F35A on a global scale (since the likelihood of China's direct participation in the war is very low, the J20's mission is deterrence). China will not transfer J35A technology to any country.

Until Pakistan shoots down Rafale, I remain skeptical about J35A joining PAF anytime soon. Now I have changed my mind as India is bound to give up its illusions about Rafale,AMCA,Su57 and opt for F35 now. Then it makes sense to let Pakistani pilots acquire and familiarize themselves with the J35A as soon as possible.

Pakistan will get 40 minimum but it will be in batches

So initial order may be 10-15 or whatever then follow on orders when finances allow

March 23rd or August 14th is often used for nice unveil big ocassion

However the Ships we bought are always on set dates with in 3 years or 3.5 years , they seem to have a well discussed arrival time

I just hope this doesn't make us complacent. Its not the plane alone..... Rafale was on paper better then anything Pakistan had with price tag of $300m.

Now India is missing 3 of them.

There is no PL-21 and alone to claim this is ruining his not existing credibility … and even more so I cannot understand that so many here are believing this BS!

Well here we are again: The J-31 does not exist! Regardless what some fan-boys claim and the J-35 you mention is not "a combat ready aircraft with 10 years of testing" but it is a project at the moment far from being ready albeit in test since October 29, 2021 or in fact not even 3 years!

So again for all who are already hyper-ventilating in you and pride ... even the J-35 will not enter service within the next three years! And even more so, never ever any J-31, which is not even flying.



If you rate "soon" within the next 5-7 years, then it is still "soon" but at least realistic.

You have to understand that in this Internet age, many people survive in this way. Driven by profit, the truth is not important. The best option we can make is to simply ignore these contents.

At the end of last year, the PLAAF did hold a meeting with the J-35A production organization. They hope that the J-35A can participate in this year's "9.3 Military Parade". This requires at least the production organization to deliver a "V" formation of J-35A to the PLAAF in the middle of this year. They need to reserve some time for training. I learned a few days ago that the production schedule is a bit tight and it is not entirely certain that it can be delivered on schedule. (Currently, all J-35A production systems are experimental production, and the mass production line is still under construction, so the production progress is very slow)

This obviously has nothing to do with Pakistan. But the truth of the incident obviously cannot stop the "enthusiasm" of Pakistani military fans.

Pak and Indian MSM are cringe level to be honest. I check trends and expert views for clues. There might be more like me but perception sells in the mainstream

All of the ingredients to get the best value out the J-35A are all in place(datalinks, multi-domain war fighting concepts, etc).
