Turkey actually does have a conflict of interest with China over the Uighurs who are ethnic turks.

Geopolitics is not black and white, while China and Pakistan are allies it doesn't mean Russia is an ally of Pakistan or Iran is an ally of China for example.

TTP isn't finished yet. Its been 20 yrs on WOT and counting. They surfaced in musharraf's tenure, they had peak strength in mid-2010s when they had reached till Swat valley. US drone strikes were highest between 2010 to 2018 and ironically TTP was strongest during that era as well. As US drone strikes were doing massive collateral damages and massive recruitment opportunities for TTP. US Drone strikes halted in 2018 and so TTP recruitment abilities. Today TTP might be weakened but its not crushed. Their top leadership is hiding in Afghanistan from where they do all operations. They have constant supply of funds from india and vast supply of US left over weapons. So this war isn't over yet.

No one has the capacity to use ETIM against China or any ethnic group they've got everyone under extremely strict surveillance and they don't care about going to even more extreme lengths. The idea that Turkey can do anything meaningful to China is a joke. I'm not anti-Turkish but from a strictly non-biased perspective.

Your brother Turkey is not just talking. Just take 2012 and 2013 as examples. In 2012, it sent personnel through Afghanistan and Central Asian countries to carry out more than 190 terrorist attacks in China; in 2013, it carried out more than 230 terrorist attacks. It was not until 2018 that we mobilized the vast majority of Xinjiang people, including our Uyghur brothers, and basically put an end to terrorist attacks. But to this day, Xinjiang is also the only province in China where armored vehicles can be seen on duty.
