Let me give you a brief introduction. What makes you think China would offer greater non platform capabilities in the J-35 for export?
Systematized combat is the mode of operation of the Chinese military after its reform.
Under the systematized combat model, all participating units are an information unit, and these information units can be adjusted according to the scale of the operation.
A conventional systematized combat group includes reconnaissance systems including satellites, early warning systems, radar systems with anti-stealth capabilities, air force, army assault groups, air defense systems, unmanned systems, anti-drone systems, long-range firepower systems, electronic warfare systems, satellite jamming systems, logistical support systems, and so on.
Since other countries do not have these weapons and systems, this requires independent satellite systems and a large amount of advanced equipment. If exported, the systematized combat features need to be removed.
At present, Pakistan already has a combat system primarily based on fourth-generation aircraft. Based on Pakistan's equipment and purchased weapons, Pakistan can form a simplified fifth-generation aircraft combat system.
