When you say people saw them earlier, I am assuming you mean prior to 02 March 2007. Should I take that to mean they had already been delivered to Pakistan, or that they were flying/testing in Pakistan before returning to China to be formally delivered later?

I am very curious now.

The following is the current established timeline.

10 March 2007The two aircraft conducted their first flights in Pakistan.
12 March 2007The arrival ceremony at PAC Kamra was publicly reported. The aircraft were to undergo further PAF flight testing and evaluation.
23 March 2007The two JF-17s made their public debut during the Pakistan Day parade in Islamabad.

I actually attended that parade.
 
Whenever I open this thread I feel like Alfred (Michael Cain) at the end of A Dark Night Rises where he sits down in a cafe in Florence hoping to see Bruce Wayne with a family and finally happy.

That is how I feel, finally seeing a post with a J-35 in PAF colours landing at Kamra...

It will happen - one day soon!

Not as quickly as I would like, but quicker than Deino thinks it will happen, etc.

Depending on what day it is I often sway between the unfounded optimism of Pakistani posters here and the harsh reality of Deino's conservatism around delivery times

IMO. We can focus our attention on the economic cooperation between the two countries.

The only obstacle for PAF in procuring FC-31/J-35 fighter jets is money.

It must be leap year....so the next leap year is 2028.....
 
WE Pakistanis will have to wait. I don’t think J35 will be delivered next years . Chinas piority is its navy’s fujian aircraft carrier needs to be equipped first with carrier based J35s . And then followed by Chinese Airforce. So initial production of j35s is to full fill chinas needs. I think we are looking at least 3 years wait? Unless our Chinese friends know better.

Exactly, indians think that their version of "Op sindoor" is "validated" because its backed by tons of indian origin links, their websites, pushing their version of narrative. In reality, those masala indian news websites and their value is horseshit in terms of credibility.

Also, I have come across several indians in social media / youtube, who even shamelessly go at lengths to even deny that india lost Rafales and other jets.. They say give us "Proofs" or "link" LMAO!...... I mean who on earth can prove Anything at all to these flat earthers. There simply cannot exists more proofs for a fighter jets shot down over enemy territory then ALREADY provided... I knew that indians are a shameless breed enough to dismiss the wreckage photos, the live video feeds by indian public themselves taking video evidence of their downed jets BUT who on this earth could have imagined that they will not even believe their own highest military officials......... Indian AVM Bharti, saying "Yes, losses are part of combat".. when asked the next day during press conference if Indian jets were shot down.... Then CDS Anil, accepting that "Yes they were downed"..

Every single time, PAF has literally owned iaf and outsmarted it and defeated it. Still the Audacity & utter shamelessness of indians is at another level.

There is a certain point where you simply dont care to engage - that is my policy alas I have the moderator title as well.

Otherwise - no reason to even burp in their direction
