You are being the glass half full guy here while I was being the devil acting a glass half empty guy. As they say in project management, plan for the worst and hope for the best. Another saying goes failing to plan is planning to fail. So I will expect to grow my punch starting end of 2028. You can wait till 2034 if you want.

Nope, wrong. Even Indian timelines are 15 years for the SU-30 upgrade and that is a MASSIVE "if"

You are basically assuming India will develop, test and integrate an AESA radar into a foreign fighter in a record time span, when we all know their track record. If HAL claims 10 years, it will be closer to 20.

Also the initial contract is for 84 planes. So you are wrong on timelines and numbers

At best, and if HAL as a complete sea change as a company and works a miracle, there will be 80 odd planes by 2040.

That is a joke, when the world will be 5th/6th Gen by then

Jc10 is a 4.5 Gen is not suitable for Israeli stealth F35s. We would need j35 for the Mecca pact Security and peace.

Only a 5th generation j35 would be able to counter Israeli f35 stealth.

Agreed, and even just fighting the F-35 is not enough, Isreal needs to be assured we can strike into Israel like it did with Iran. Not saying the J-35 alone will assure that, but it is a stop in the right direction

J-35 will come. Sooner or later depending on how Indians proceed with their AMCA/Su-57 ideas. It is not that important if its 2027 or 2032.

You guys should be thankful that there is a J-35 for export to begin with and that too from an ally that has sometimes given Pakistan favourable payment plans.

Unfortunately there isn’t a timetable for j35s delivery date for Pakistan? China is prioritising arming itself, which means that it thinks either it already can insanely ramp up the J35 production to like 150 a year already... OR it thinks the US will actually just go Hitler mode and start attacking every Chinese ally which means China has to protect themselves. In my previous posts I did argue China will arm her Naval carrier fuijan first and then her Airforce makes absolute sense. It could be up-to 3 years before we see any J35s with PAF. Just my opinion I guess.
