Laser based turrets or more effective C-ram/ gatling guns for drones….

BrahMos is a supersonic cruise missile, while the HQ-19 is primarily orientated to intercept ballistic missile defences in the exo-atmosphere. Due to the distinct nature of what it is designed for, it isn't well suited towards intercepting BrahMos as other systems are.

On the Defensive side of the house: we need something like C-RAM, Pantsir, coprehensive Defense in Depth soutuions to provide rapid response to high speed projectiles and of course cost effective solutions that we can produce in house, even through ToT. Build more depth and dentity around our ADS systems, and more invesment in in EW and jammers for soft kills. Microwave-based drone air defense systems that'd use high-power microwave (HPM) technology to disable drones, effectively neutralizing them without resorting to physical destruction.

Of the Offensive side of the house: our very own supre sonic and hypersonice missiles, drone sworms with AI and our own recon setalites (this can be hard for us as we are cash strapped at the moment)
