They will have no equipment because nobody would be mad enough to arm them with anything serious. Not India, not Russia, nobody. What they are using now is leftover US equipment which will also be gone once Pakistan blows it over.

After the IEA take over back in 2021 they truely tried and there was good relations between both countries but the main problem comes from the Pakistani public opinion is very poisoned against the Afghans which is why this thaw eventually didn´t last and the Pak politicians played into that sentiment which is extreme anti-afghan
