Point is simple...just like how pkk cant give up on kurds, Pakistan cant on Kashmir so do Talis cant on balkanizing Pakistan

So you have only one option...figure out who is next candidate..talk to noethern alliance, arm them, recognize them and get a written agreement before hand..they are multiethnic and more likely to give up greater Afghanistan deal
West will recognize them in a heartbeat too

They will certainly listen if you raise the price for not listening. The lies of 'we have fought super powers' has no reality.

Pakistan is not a superpower. But Pak is geographically sitting on their neck and knows their hide-outs. In fact, they are running a government, so they cannot go into hiding. If they do, they will be toppled by other factions in Afghanistan.

Pakistan can certainly pick and eliminate their leadership systematically. If done effectively, these cowards will abandon TTP terrorists to save their own azz.

No one wants to violate Afghanistan's sovereignty. But Afghanistan must not violate Pakistan's sovereignty either. If they keep attacking Pakistan, by sending terrorists into Pakistan, they will finally start getting a crushing response from Pakistan. Pakistan will then eliminates the terrorists of both the TTP and TTA. It'll no more be a matter of respecting or not respecting Afghanistan's sovereignty.
