Enemy alien is not defined and Afghans have been classified as refugees since 1980. The November 2024 bill was never passed hence the Citizenship Act of 1951 remains on the books. It's why Afghans born in Pakistan all carry Pakistani passports.

An "enemy alien" is a citizen or subject of a nation that is at war with a country where they reside. Pakistan was not at war with Afghanistan when those kids were born.

Give it a rest dude - the State can do whatever it wants including deporting anyone including those who were given citizenships. NO ONE CAN WIN AGAINST THE STATE !

That is the definition of a fascist state.
