And by goading us into war against Afghanistan they are succeeding in those goals.
Dehumanization is in progress. Look at the language some on this page are openly using against Afghans (not taliban) and children. Indians love nothing more than seeing Muslims quarrel like this

Destabilization is happening at a rapid pace I’ve never seen a more alienated tribal region and KPK until recent years.

ohhh so thats why they can increase their numbers so easily now they have american weapons which usa left in afghanistan its real threat. i think we are back in 2010.

The solution to Afghanistan is simple.
1. Deport all the Afghans.
2. Close the border.
3. Ask the PTI government in KPK to raise and train an army to secure the border with Afghanistan because it's thier responsibility now apparently.
4. Whilst step 3 happens perhaps use some of the 700,000 man army we currently have to do the job.
5. Do the above job effectively. Spend whst you need to spend on equipment and manpower to ensure the border is secure.
6. Review the implementation of the NAP and revise the timescale to deliver it. Anyone who fails in thier duty to do so out of negligence shall be removed from thier post - apply this across the spectrum, from field Mashalls to messiahs, from field mice to massi's.
7. Bomb TTP targets anywhere in the world you find them. Bomb those who enable them too - on both sides of our nation.

I don’t disagree but we can’t approach this in a simplistic way. It’s an art of mixing diplomacy with military force.
It’s also a little awkward when the current status quo is also a result of our excessive meddling and planning by you know who. it’s why we say military should not be making strategic decisions on diplomacy because look at the mess we’re in now.
Now we shouldn’t make it worse. Secure our immediate localities on borders and engage in talks to find a mutual middle ground. If we go to war that’s Indias ideal case.
