Maybe he don't have authority but top-level govt/army made decision to go to Doha, Qatar for more discussions, maybe I could be wrong.
But.....I think we still need to stay alert on Indian borders and upgrade our system and should increase numbers of F1/F2/F4/F5+ inventories.

My thoughts are so far, talibs have no real intention in pulling back their proxies.
It was them all along, ttp is part of their ecosystem.
If they were sincere attacks would not have increased in the last 5 years.
I do think at some point Afghanistan and Pakistan will go to war. They really really hate Pakistanis, especially their Pashtuns. This is worse hatred than from Indians. It is equal to their most extremist RSS ideology. Racial hatred, very extreme.
